Yits’autobody

I was in a car accident and the insurance paid for my car to get fixed as well as provide me with a rental. I chose yits because they had rentals there and I assumed they were decent. I got there to drop my car off and I went inside an they were smoking (illegal in ny) anyway, they were very rude and nasty to me as well as incoming phone calls. I had an suv and was supposed to get a rental of equivalent size and I got a compact car instead. They shoved poorly copied paper in my face to sign for the rental which I did and they needed a copy of one of my cards being I was taking a car… I asked of they were charging anything because I knew it was all covered and they said no. I got the car with ¾ of a tank of gas and returned it with the same amount of gas. After I took the car I realized it had bald tires and mind u it is wintertime!!! Not very safe. I told them and they pretty much told me too bad. I ignored it and after the car was returned my car was given back to me. It was fixed beautifully and that is the only good thing I can say. After all said and done they did charge my credit card. They told the rental company through them I returned the car with no gas in it and they had to fill it up and charged me! I am waiting for my refund but I will never be dealing with those rude people again and no one will be receiving a reccomdation from me
