The name is changed to CJ’s Café. Decent food at good price. Good stop for lunch off the highway. The corn nuggets were great. Friendly service

Sadly, the diner closed in the spring of 2014. There are still other options for food in Rock Port.

Sioux City, IA
Stopped for breakfast, the food was mediocre. The French toast wasn’t good at all, dipped in pancake batter and no flavor. Hash browns were very greasy. The only item that was palatable was the Mexican omelet. $ 60 for breakfast for 5 was a little spendy considering the quality and length of time. The grill was not large enough to make an order for a family of 5.

It’s nice to see the diner reopen in Rock Port. It’s under new management but it still has some good food at a good price. I’ve had the burgers and breakfast and was very pleased minus the low amount of french fries with the burger/​patty melt.
In a small rural town it’s nice to have yet another nice place to grab food or sit down and enjoy a meal.
I haven’t had a chance to try the pies yet.
