This was our first home inspection and it was a great experience. Paul and Brian walked us through every aspect of the home and were knowledgeable, patient, and funny. They answered all of our questions and pointed out things we had never though to look for. Spending 2 hours with them gave us a crash course in home ownership! Would definitely use them again.

These guys are scammers. They were hired for an inspection by a potential buyer for my home. They cited a couple of infractions as dire emergencies that needed to be repaired. Their interpretation was way off the mark causing alot of aggravation & expense. I don’t know what their motive is except maybe they receive a kickback of somekind. They were referred by the buyers agent. When professionals came to make these«emergency repairs», we were told there is no emergency. Beware of Mr Inside Out!

We love, love, love our team of inspectors from Mr. Inside Out, Paul and Martin. They are always early to arrive, knowledgeable, and totally ready to help. We have done three home inspections with them. Throughout the process, they are realistic and responsible but also able to see the positives and potential in any house. Really, we just enjoy spending time with them(our home inspections have actually been fun because of what nice, smart, and funny people they are). Another nice thing about the company is how polite and accommodating their receptionist Tammy is on the phone. We love Mr. Inside Out! Seriously, call them today and ask for Paul and Martin as your inspectors. You’ll get your money’s worth and more.

In the 6 or 8 home inspections that these guys have done on transactions I have brokered there has been a problem rooted in an inaccuracy from them each time. We’ve been told that a furnace was bad when a HVAC was brought in and proved it wasn’t; We’ve been told a propane connection was«not up to code» when it was, in fact in conformity. The list goes on. From the chicken scratch inspection reports devoid of any photographic proof(ever hear of a digital camera? It’s 2011 guys) to the UTTER futility in getting a human being to call back with an answer to a question, they are completely frustrating to deal with. The website seems more focused on selling franchises. One or two bad experiences is one thing. Half a dozen with no good instances is another entirely. There are too many good reputable inspectors out there than to deal with them.
