Oakland Gardens, NY
Recently renovated after being hit pretty badly by Hurricane Sandy. Nice facilities and selection, but the place is treated more like a cafeteria and less like a place of learning. People are not asked to lower their voices, and why should they when you can hear the employees’ latest gossip from the other side of the building?
