My go to for a taylor ham, egg, & cheese on a bagel with salt, pepper, and ketchup. Yes you will enjoy the glory of morning breakfast again. Yes you will enjoy a mouthful of heaven and rivers of coffee to wash it all down. Bagels are fresh and the spreads are good too.

Very fresh bagels, great tasting bagels on rt 46. I was in and out in about 3 minutes with a line that went out the door.

Their bagels are good. But I wanted sugar for my coffee and they said they ran out. Really?

The bagels here are absolutely delicious and this is my favorite bagel shop. Only a couple times did my to go orders have minor mistakes like missing ketchup on my breakfast sandwiches, but it’s no big deal. Other than this I love this place.

As a hardcore brooklynite, I have to say that the bagels here are the best I have had in Rockaway. I have placed orders for up to 70 assorted bagels with cream cheese and they are always ready when I arrive. The owners are very personable and although it would seem that the service may not be the fastest, it isn’t their fault that patrons cannot make up their minds while they are standing there. The food is excellent and the ambiance makes up for any perceived deficiencies.

This was my go-to bagel shop for over 10 years. I stopped in once a week to treat my team to breakfast. When I switched jobs, I had to go 5 miles out of my way to buy and bring bagels to my new crew. These guys sell bagels in a white bag and when I walked in with the door carrying one, there was a buzz in the room… Pretty cool. Taste, size and variety matches Mountain Lakes Bagels — a shop I also like. They are a few cents cheaper here too but that’s not what still brings me here. The owner — almost always behind the counter — delivers a smile with the bagels. He makes me feel welcome and truly seems to like serving his customers. That deserves my loyalty. They have parking and decent service(meaning fast) so I have never waited very long for my order. Definitely one of the better bagel places in the area. And, yes, their style of bagel is more bread-like than the purist«concrete donut» bagel… Recommended if you like bagels.

I placed a large order for bagels for Christmas Day. As with other reviewers I have noticed that the lines have been getting longer and the time to get to the register longer. I think a lot of the delay is that people are ordering sandwiches that are being made to order and this is something that adds time to the others in line. I do not mind waiting a couple extra minutes for the high-quality bagels that I am accustomed to. It would be nice if they found a way to organize the ordering process to take care of customers faster. My personal favorite is the cranberry orange bagel.

My office orders lunch from here on a weekly basis and they are very inconsistent. Today I ordered a chicken caeser wrap and I threw it away. The chicken was hot, tossed with salad and made it turn rancid, there was so much dressing on it– super gross couldn’t bare to take another bite. But last week I got it and it was great! Also wraps come with chips and a pickle and I didn’t get either? Yesterday I ordered taylor ham and cheese and it came with an egg! I hate eggs which is why I only ordered TC! This place is super inconsistent and the only thing I feel safe ordering is a bagel with cream cheese from now on!

Best bagels outside of NYC! Very inexpensive too! I’d love to try their hot sandwiches(my hub & son love them), but I am too in love w/their everything-bagel with veggie cream cheese! Sooo good! My hub orders eggs, sausage, & cheese on a plain bagel w/cream cheese… my son gets taylor ham & egg on a plain bagel… NEVER any complaints. The only thing that would make it better, would be a coffee station(like 7 – 11 or Quick Chek)…but there is a 7 – 11 right across the road… I usually stop there to get a coffee.

Like their competition directly across the highway, this place suffers from low staffing and poor situational awareness… and that means it takes forever to get anything. Can you imagine ordering a toasted bagel, and tho a line of four other customers is waiting behind you, the lone counter person simply stares at the toaster ’til your bagel is ready for the butter? All that between time wasted when he/she should be starting the next person’s order? As the line of people reaches the door, you watch as one potential buyer after another opens the door, looks in at the line, and turns back to their car to try someplace else. The food itself is okay– neither bad nor impressive. But here again, clueless staff are killing the place.

I have loved bagels my whole life, and Bagelicious has the best bagels I have ever had. Don’t be fooled by it’s size and modest décor, instead of focusing on all the fluff, this bagel shop focuses on making the perfect bagel, and boy, do they succeed. But the best part about this little bagel shop are the owners. The owners get to know their customers, are warm and are always happy to see you.

Bagels are one of the best! The grin the flavors of the cream cheese is very fine so it really adds a lot of flavor.

Absolute best bagels in rockaway/morris county. Large selection of bagels and different cream cheeses. Can’t go wrong with any. My one and only complaint is the overall appearance of the restaurant. It needs a renovation and update like yesterday.

As I said with another review, when I have a weekday off I find myself looking for new places to try even if it means cheating on my old standby favorites. Today I decided I would try TWO bagel places in Rockaway as I had to pass them both on the way to Home Depot. Bagelicious is a pretty small shop, but offers big happy bagels. I ordered a Taylor Ham, egg, and cheese on an everything and turned to grab a cup of coffee, but there is no coffee station-they pour your java here. Not my favorite thing in the world so I skipped the coffee. They have nice sized bagels here, similar in size and texture to my favorite bagel place. Service here was fast and friendly. Sandwich was good, but the meet was a little underdone-not a game ended, but I couldn’t tell if it was real Taylor Ham or a cheaper substitute. My taste buds failed me. Prices are also a bit higher than I usually pay by about $.50 a sandwich, but the individual bagels are cheaper by $.05. The place also looked like it could use a bit of cleaning… not dirty like I won’t eat there again, but just a little messy in the customer area. They didn’t replace my favorite bagel place, but they offer a pretty solid effort. I’ll be back.

Went here today to satisfy my craving for a bagel with egg whites and cheese. They had a whole wheat everything bagel, which I love. My sandwich was $ 3.25(pretty reasonable I thought) with a good amount of cheese– and the bagel itself! Fluffy and chewy with the right amount of crispness to the crust, which is not easy to achieve with the denseness of whole wheat flour. A perfect Jersey bagel! I ding them a star since the place is a little dingy inside.

The staff is really friendly. Not the best bagels in town but the coffee is alright and you are greeted well. This place is also a good deli.
