I’m a sucker for a thrift store. I don’t buy clothes, but I’ll always look at books, I’m always looking for good deals on good books and this Goodwill always has books. This place actually has a lot of decent stuff… electronics, kitchenware, games and toys-​and clothes. Huge selection. I haven’t done a donation here, but I’ll assume Steve B is right and that it is a smooth process.
What I really don’t like about this location is the bad customer service. I understand you are dealing with cranky customers who are constantly complaining, but that doesn’t mean you also have to be cranky. A little smile goes a long way… give it a shot… I might come back more frequently.
