Horrible service. Manager Daniel, is rude, upselling customers. When my family member decided to return equipment that she bought there, but didnt use., he said they dont accept returns., which goes against their return policy, written on their receipt! When my sister came there the second time, after a phone call to Sprint HQ, he was even worse, and this time«credit card machine was down», and when he got confronted with the fact that he can process return with his credit card processor over the phone(i work for Point of Sale Customer service, so i know for a fact it is possible), he said he cant help, he wont do it, to come again later. No offer to help, not even a slightest attempt to resolve the situation with the dissatified customer. Horrible service and RUDEMANAGER! BEWARE of this store and try at all cost avoiding doing business there!

Well Pedro for President? I don’t think so. What an absolute *hi* show! The most lax and horrendous service I have ever experienced in a phone store — yes my Albert at Att has me totally spoiled. Took my mom here for an upgrade. Well, Pedro loped in late and was far more concerned with his lunch than my mom. Well this is not my first iPhone rodeo and the fact the guy would not engage with us, offer any deals or specials… Looking at a 77 year old gal spending 300 for an iPhone plus and no possibility of financing or leasing. What a crock. I spoke to the roly poly manager with pointy shoes(auditions for elf on the shelf nearby?) and he was less than impressive even after I complained about Pedro’s lack of interest in selling to his customer. Avoid at all costs!

Abhorrent service. The sales reps Tabitha and Michael were too busy flirting and talking with each other rather than paying attention to the customers. They screwed up all of our accounts, then were unable to correct their mistakes for 1.5 hours. They disconnected the wrong phone and account. They were very rude and uncooperative. They were incredibly uneducated and incompetent. They refused to apologize for their mistakes and became irritated at the fact that they cannot do their very simple jobs properly. Waste of time and space, both the booth and the sales reps.

BIGSCAM!!! I got my Galaxy cell from this store(inside rockaway mall) spoke to a Rep DAN promised to waive $ 35 dollar fee after calling the store four times and asking to waive fee or speak to a manager fee still not waived !! I cancelled my sprint contract and now im back with ATT were customers are always appreciated !
