Didn’t have any issues when I picked up my prescription, although when I called in beforehand to make sure it was filled, I spoke to a young girl who gave me one heck of an attitude.

The pharmacy department is awful and I will be getting all my prescriptions at the Denville store going forward. Dropped off a script and was told that it would take 15 minutes. They said they would text me when it’s ready. Walked around the store for 30 minutes. No text. Went to the counter to inquire. Pharmacist said not ready yet and I reminded him of the 15 minute initial estimate. He then gave me the silent treatment. That’s right. The guy handling drugs behind the counter took the attitude of a 5 year old. Well here I am ten hours later. Still no text. I logged into my account via the iPhone app and the prescription is now indeed ready for pickup. Thanks for the text. I have to believe Walgreen corporate must read these reviews. I see this store is one of the lowest rated around and for good reason. How about some corrective action here guys? I will consider moving all my prescriptions to the new CVS in Rockaway once it’s open. Very unhappy.

I have dropped thousands of dollars at this store, but yesterday a pharmacist by the name of M ______a decided to lecture me and provide me just one pill when my script ran out because my physician neglected to renew same. Other pharmacies haven’t ever given me a lecture and they have all provided a few pills to carry me over. No, not her. Despite the fact that I’m 20 years older than her, despite the fact that this was a script I have purchased for years from this same store, this **** couldn’t provide me with more than one pill. This puts the pressure on me to schedule a new appt the next day or to hassle my(admittedly) idiot doctor to renew the script. So, FU to my Dr and a huge FU to M ______a for lecturing me and for giving me one FFFing pill. Eff Walgreens and this POS store and pill counter. Prices here on their general goods are also often very high. I hope the coming CVS takes all your business, jerks!

I mainly use this pharmacy for my shots. All the pharmacy staff provide good service and are friendly. I hate getting shots but the pharmacists who administer the shots are always professional and give them painlessly. I have no complaints. Additionally, I like that they have late hours so I can pick up my prescriptions and/or get shots whenever I need to. Aside from the pharmacy, I also found that store staff are also friendly and helpful.

Another 1 star review. Sorry. This Walgreens is just horrible! From the pharmacy dept to the photo dept, they’ve got it all wrong. It’s a pretty large location, however the staff is in stealth mode. Prices are unjustifiably high. Customer service is nonexistent. Staff members can be rude.

I am so disappointed in Walgreens. I started using this location because the customer speed of the drive thru was faster than the one in Dover. The past 2 times I have been here the drive thru wait time has been ridiculous. The wait time this time was 15 minutes for to get to the window and then another 20 minutes waiting for someone to come over. The lady inside said she would be right with me and never came back over. There were 3 people inside working and they all looked like chickens without their heads running back and forth. Confusion and medicine dispensing should not go together. I finally got tired of waiting to drop off the prescription and took the paperwork I had sitting in the drawer and left. I proceeded to CVS to drop off the script and even as a new patient was through the drive thru in less than 5 minutes. Walgreens built out all of these stores and now they seem to not be able to keep up with the volume. They really need to fix/train their associates to get the customers in and out or they will lose customers forever. Will I go back? Too soon to tell. Let’s see how CVS is.
