Nothing but poor attitude and service. I understand it’s in the mall, but this is not necessary. Only children on the counter and not enough staff to get the food out in time. My sandwich was half open in the bag and my girlfriends fries were poured all over. The constant excuse that they are out of trays is something I expected 10 years ago, but if you can’t keep up with it, just close and move on already.

Typical mall food court Wendy’s. Line is usually long and the service usually slow. However, the food is consistent and they’ve never screwed up an order that I can remember.
I’m always skeptical of the next ‘big thing’ at a fast food place (remember the McDLT?). Anyway, I tried their pub pretzel chicken sandwich today and it was actually pretty damn good. Split fries and a drink with my son and it wasn’t TOO bad a meal.
