My experience with this company has been disappointing to say the least. As far as property management goes, they were fairly responsive but beware that they will nickel and dime you on your security deposit. They withheld a portion of my deposit and provided no proof of actual wear and tear. I’ve asked about receiving interest on my deposit, they refused. I asked them to send proof and receipts of damage and they haven’t provided it so I advise any residents to be careful, document as much as you can and if you’re really smart, avoid wasting time and money doing business with them.

Let’s start with my first mistake. I booked my move directly through
. DO NOT DO THAT! If you’re looking to move, go see Megan and Liz at A Place for Space. They’ll get you the right truck you need and all the right gear.
When I walked in they both were very friendly, and they tried to accommodate my original request by adding a trailer for the moving van. Uhaul changed my request of a 26 foot truck into a 15 foot truck. So, they worked with me as much as they could. I didn’t add the trailer, but I got a very clean truck and good advice for my travels.
I will have to make two trips to complete my move, but the lesson is learned. Don’t start with Uhaul corporate reservation. Go right to this friendly local shop and have them work out the details for you.
