You don’t want to go to her for any service at all. She re-​lined my inground pool and did a terrible job. It was supposed to be done the weekend following labor day but was not even started until late October. I winterized it as soon as it was complete and put the cover on. By spring the pool had lost most of its water due to a leak at the floor drain seal. The sand sidewalls caved in and it looked terrible. Absolutely no desire to back up her work, warranty is worthless.

While I appreciated the fact that this service was not one of the few pool stores in town, it turns out they only do the work they want to do when they want to do it, not the work you want done in the time frame they told you it would be done.
Excuses and blame game galore.
Don’t put yourself through the stress. Find another provider.
