So we have been here a couple times and swear each time we won’t come back. The first time we came there were a bunch of unattended children, one of which was stealing token cups from all the little kids. The second time, same thing but this time the kids were literally shaking tokens out of the machines. Both times my son tried to turn in his tickets, only to wait 20 minutes because they will only help one at a time even if you already know what you want and the other kids are still deciding. Food is as good as any other Chuck e cheese, which is horrible and the pizza tastes like cardboard. The cheesy bread is the only thing that is pretty good here. The nice thing here is that you can get in for free and use the playground on really cold days, I just wish management would get there act together and make it a place for all kids to play and not let the bigger kids run around with no parents watching.

This CEC location definitely gets 4 out of 5. It’s also a must visit for those that have mad love for animatronics. Let me tell you why. It’s the last store in the world to still have the late ‘80s «Rocker» stage setup with Chuck E. Cheese and the band where they perform outside of a house on a porch. It’s a landmark location in CEC history. From my experience, the location has very friendly staff. One of the managers was VERY educated about the store and the show they have and told me that they were supposed to take the stage down a few years ago with a «Studio C» stage show with only 1 animatronic. What a pathetic plan! The Studio C takeover did not occur here thankfully. The food wasn’t bad here at all. I ordered a small order of buffalo wings(10 of them) and an order of french fries. The wings were tasty and juicy. What else can I say about the wings? ;) The fries were quite delicious. They sure do give you a lot fries for the cheap price. The games were pretty fun here. They had the classic Sega ‘Jurassic Park’ arcade game that has the moving seat. Very fun game! Definitely playing it again next time I see it. Aside from that there was the rollercoaster simulator called«Mad Wave Motion Theater» and there was the Vortex machine where you put that helmet thing in your head. Nothing else there as far as games really held me attention though. Chuck E. Cheese fans and those who grew up with PTT should stop here! The last to have a Rocker Stage still, educated staff, and decent service as well.

I really don’t know how to rate this place. Do I rate it on food, atmosphere, fun, etc? As an adult, this place is the epitome of hell. We went here for my youngest son’s birthday. This is where he wanted to have it. We made the reservations online, and my wife had been in contact with them the entire time. We showed up for our son’s birthday party, and they were expecting us and had everything ready. The service was wonderful! We had our own designated attendant that took care of us and the manager helped when needed. That is about the end of the nice thing I can say about this place. We ordered pizza’s for the kids and one for the adults that stayed. Their pizza is awful. I swear someone has to get up at 3:00AM and work really hard to reach the level of suckocity of their pizza. It was bland, very very bland. It was so bland that it took the flavor from other things so that they where also bland. I put a lot of red pepper and parmesan cheese on a slice and it still had almost no flavor. All of the adults agreed it had to be one of, if not THE worst pizza ever. Even the kids really didn’t want it. The atmosphere is loud and frantic and really annoying. Between the animatronics, the games and screaming kids running around it’s far from relaxing. Heck, it’s hard to even talk to someone there with you; you have to do a lot of yelling. I will say that the place was clean. It had newer games, ones for people of all ages, not just for little kids, but even ones for older kids. They have really updated this place since the last time I was in there… 8 years ago. But here’s the kicker, even with everything I wrote above, I have to remember, I wasn’t there for a nice sit down meal. I was there for my son’s birthday party. He and his friends had a wonderful time and my son said it was the best Birthday Party ever. He was treated like a king with a crown and a medallion to wear. They put him in a ticket blaster which is a machine that blows tickets all around you; any that you catch you get to keep. He had his own private meeting with Chuck E. Cheese. He was smiles and happy and had a lot of fun… and that is what was really important. So as I started this review, I really don’t know how to rate this place. Food and atmosphere: 1 star. Service and cleanliness 3 stars. My son’s enjoyment: 5 stars. Will I go back? Only if it’s for another birthday party.
