Food hot and fresh. The drive through was fast even at noon! Right off the highway. Staff were friendly.

The slowest service ever, we will not be back. Waited in drive thru staging area for 25 minutes, inquired about our order 3 times and finally got our food after I got a little huffy-chested with the manager. The coupon for a free scoop of ice cream was not much consolation, but I suppose the manager did try to make amends.

Great Culvers! I had a double butter burger and green beans. Their green beans are my favorite! Of course I had a custard… original vanilla with caramel and pecans. Custard was rich and dense. So good!

Extremely slow service if you go inside to order. They cater to the drive thru. I waited 20 minutes inside as 30 cars went through the drive thru. I had to complain. before they got concerned about my order then they decided to prepare it.

For a fast food place, the double (triple, depending on how hungry you are) butter burger with cheese is one of the best bets. Good environment for the kids too.

I always enjoy the food at Culver’s but I wanted to write a review about the service. After a huge snowstorm the Culver’s lot was covered in snow and ice. My car got stuck and wouldn’t move and not one, but FIVE Culver’s employees came out in the subzero temperature to push me free. Thanks!

Though they’ve removed hot dogs from the menu (Boo!!!), I still enjoy the occasional butterburger. Never disappointing, last nights meal was filling and delicious, and easily topped off with an amazing caramel cashew sundae.
First time? Try:
–butterburger with cheese (get a double if you’re a big eater)
–cheese curds
–concrete mixer
–caramel cashew sundae
My current favorite: snack paks; small fry, burger or other entrée/meat, and small drink, all $ 4 or less.

Culver’s was a staple for a lot of my friends when we were in college so when we were all reuniting for a friend’s wedding, I convinced my friend to stop here for lunch.
Culver’s is ridiculous but in a good way. They’re known for their custard shakes, cheese curds, and butter burgers.
Back in the day, I would have ordered the whole deal — custard shake, cheese curds, and butter burgers but my stomach wasn’t what it was like then so I can only handle a butter burger and the split the cheese curds.
Unfortunately, the cheese curds at this place was overcooked and maybe due the recession, the patty wasn’t as thick as it used to but I went to Culver’s in WI and not in Rockford. Different franchises, different expectations?
I don’t know but I couldn’t give them less than 5 stars because I’m such a fan. Plus, the associate who created the chocolate shake for my friend told us she gave her a bit of custard which was really nice of her.
