Haas Automotive Refinishing

A flat tire on I-​90, on a Sunday, can really ruin one’s day off. I was heading up to Madison from Chicago when it happened, so I’m not very familiar with the Rockford area. At a suggestion from a friend, I called Haas and not only were they out there, loading my car up, within 20 – 30 minutes, they gave me *really* good advice on where to take it.
They were exceptionally friendly and got me where I needed to go for a very reasonable price — not to mention that this was the first snow of the year, so I can only imagine the queue they had! Thank you guys for making what would otherwise be a stressful experience into a very smooth process.

I didn’t call Haas cause my car broke down. In fact I didn’t call them at all. I salvaged my car to a large salvage auto parts dealer here in Rockford LMQ… I called them cause I figured hey I’m not investing $$ in my car I got my use out of it and knew that selling it to salvage would be a good deal. Anyway, HAAS was contracted by LMQ to recover my vehichle. Vince showed up had the paperwork and check all ready to complete transaction. He communicated clearly and represented LMQ and HAAS very professionally. He was very efficient. He even went a couple miles out of his way to drop me off closer to my home. That was Saturday. Today I see a HAAS truck dropping off a car at a used car dealership near my home and I greeted the driver. He also was very friendly. I told him to say hi to Vince. As it turns out Vince’s sister owns the business. I would recommend HAAS on excellent customer service. It’s obvious they take their business serious and have strong relationships in the community.

I just got done with what many people would consider a stressful day. My car broke down off the interstate on a Sunday afternoon near Rockford, IL and I thought I was stranded. I made it to a gas station where they referred me to Haas 24 Hour Towing. Within 30 minutes my car was on a tow truck and I was headed home to Madison, WI. Joe, one of the owners at Haas, took the job on his day off to make sure I made it home safe in bad weather. He offered me a reasonable rate and friendly service. I could not think of a better example of outstanding customer service.
