Waiting 20 minutes to be helped as we wanted to buy a TV. No one energy asked us, nor could we find anyone to help. Hello Best Buy where purchase was no problem.

I have shopped this store for various items and the quality seems to keep going south. The furniture seems to be second rate and not up to the standards you should expect. When pieces don’t fit together or have seams that are not sewn shut the buyer should be concerned. The next time I need someapppliances, furniture or a tv I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Not happy with Hhgregg. Very poor customer service. Next time I will buy from a local store as I should have done. Would not recommend this store as you will be disappointed.

I Stopped into hhgregg to check out the new Retailer in Rockford, IL because I had never heard of them. I was very pleased with my experience with this retailer and the staff. The store does not have Movies or CD’s…and the video game selection is lacking, but they have an amazing price policy… which I was told about without asking. THEYBEATANYONE’S PRICES! Even …I’m so glad its not just another company matching prices. whats the point. give me a reason to shop and come back. Customer Service: 5 stars I was greeted within the first minute of walking into the store. Very Friendly and helped me steer me in the right direction of a value tv that was on sale. The staff was very informative unlike BestBuy’s young staff. I was informed they all got training from the manufacture and could tell by the information I recieved. Even at checkout, I was greeted again with warm smiles from the young ladies… so start to finish I would say Thank you hhgregg for the excellent customer service. The Purchase: 5 stars Never Pushy on a Sale like I’ve found at AmericanTV or AL Grace. It was actually quite the opposite. They ask me a lot of questions about my room I was putting my tv in and others to make sure size and lighting were not going to affect my tv purchase. I am very please with this, because the plasma I looked at would have not worked for my room if I had gone anywhere else I would of been disappointed. The sales staff educated me on the newest technology out there and showed me many tv’s without that rush of hurry up and buy already attitude… Must say that 80″ is def on the list. if I only had room now. I’ll keep that in mind with the 0% interest deal they have for 2yrs on the store card… that just might make it a possibility. Service Plan I ended up getting hhgreggs service plan. The big reason is its not like any other extended warranty from big box stores. You call the 800 number and they come to your home to service the product or send you an overnight box to mail it directly to manufacture. They also give you full purchase value of the product for replacement, which is often never the case… most stores prorate the value after the years if it has to be replaced. So, for the $ 130 for 5 years(which is way better than BestBuys 3yr) I decided to go ahead with it. I will keep everyone updated on this if anything changes or does not hold up to what the policy says. Ended up with an LG and its very nice… Only brand I did not see was Panasonic and those crappy Vizio’s which I’ve had a terrible experience with Do Not Buy that Walmart crap. They are made by whoever gives the cheapest bid… wish I would of done my homework first… I would of found the bad reviews.

Wow — what a disappointment. Not that great of a selection of products and cannot compete with Best Buy, Amazon, Frys or Newegg.
