I can’t believe these people think they deserve $ 15 an hour. I just went through the drive-​true and it took over 20 minutes I have never met more rude people in my life.

Typical McDonalds we did drive thru and the wait was no too long and the person in the window was super nice we took a bit of time to find the gift card we had and they were nice about it

Cold fries? HOW HARD IS IT? They train you on how to cook these things, right? And I assume they also give you some guidance on when to throw them out, right?
If it’s not crystal clear in the training manuals, let me offer a cheat sheet tip:
When they are hard as the twigs in the petrified forest, that batch of fries are no longer fit to serve to anyone who may want to eat them. Make a new batch.

Went through the drive through today and it was insanely busy and slow, like wrapped around the entire building not moving for minutes at a time slow. I was sadly on the inside curve where I was blocked in and couldn’t just leave, however people on the outside we’re leaving cause it was moving so slow.
When I finally made it to the pay window the worker turned my experience around by confirming my order, then apologizing for my long wait while sliding my card. Did her acknowledging my wait give me my minutes of the day back? Of course not and in the end they did not mess up my order do overall a victory, they were just busy
