I had an appt. at Miller Eye Clinic for 10:05 and surprisingly was immediately seen by 2 nurses doing the first part of the exam, where my pupils were dilated and tests done. Afterward, I was taken to their second waiting room. After approximately 45 minutes, I was told there were 2 patients ahead of me, which meant another 30 – 45 minutes wait b4 being taken to an exam room, which would mean an other 10 – 15 minute wait. Wasn’t going to get out of there til after 12 noon. This isn’t a one time thing. This kind of thing has happened every time I’ve been there. They should be ashamed of how they treat patients. I strongly recommend anyone looking for an eye clinic stay far away from Miller Eye Clinic!!! If it were possible, I’d have given them no stars!!!

Called to make appointment for work to pay. Was told that I could get glasses and exam for the price I was authorized to spend. Went to appointment took two hour to find out I could not get the glasses. In addition they wanted to sell me $ 60 of stuff because one of my tear ducts was clogged. A little research I found it will go away on its own. Basically this place is a waste of time and money there are plenty of good doctors that want the business.

I used to work here. Dr Miller was one of my favorite Des I’ve worked with. Also had the pleasure of working with Dr Abdelsalam, Retina Specialist. A co worker Stephanie Ralston is the clinical manager and she is one of very few if any that hold a bachelors degree in Medical Administration. She is a great team leader. I have met the new Practice Manager and she is very professional. The clinic is large and spacious and allows for good patient flow. I loved working here. Very well orfanized with proven systems in place. Yes all practices have quirks and emergencies arise that can slow some patients from being seen but management is always present to control wasted time. Dr. Miller has a strong presence in the community and is active in charitable organizations. I think him actually living in the community is an asset. He was a good teacher and enjoyed sharing his knowledge with his technicians. I appreciate the opportunity to have worked on his team.
