I was in a hurry to print(I had a wedding to attend in a matter of hours and a ton had to get done, including the ceremony I came to print). I had no idea how long the two people who were ahead of me would take, but I did not even get acknowledged by the only employee working behind the print counter. For 5 minutes I waited. Then I finally went up to the counter and said«Excuse me» which I was ignored. I repeated that 3 times before I finally said it louder. After the 3rd time the rep sarcastically scoffed at me and said«Just one moment». I was trying the entire time to not be irritated by being ignored up until this point, so when I finally did get anything from this employee and this was her reaction, I was pissed. I asked her how long the current customers would take because I was in a hurry, she would not give me an estimate. I waited for approx 5 more minutes before I was helped. During this encounter I was accompanied by 2 friends. As she was finally assisting me, she asked each of my friends if they needed assistance. WHYWASTHISNOTASKEDTOMEWHEN I APPROACHEDTHECOUNTER!!! At the end of this interaction, a second rep finally went to this employee and asked her if she needed help with customers. THEENTIRESTOREWASEMPTYBESIDESTHEPRINTCOUNTER. There were quite a few employees playing with badge holders and hands in pockets. WHYDIDANYONEHAVETOWAITFORASSISTANCE? This was a terrible example of customer service. The ONLY person who did anything right was the cashier who had said«Thank you for coming have a great day!» as I was walking out, in which I wished her the same. IFYOUWORKINCUSTOMERSERVICEPLEASEPROVIDECUSTOMERSERVICE. I know jobs are hard to come by but please apply yourself if that’s the job you are filling.
