When we opened a new retail location we had windows that had not been cleaned in years and even had the old tenants decals imprint and we didn’t think it could be removed. Not only did the paneless team get the windows perfectly clean and looking like new, they got the old imprints out and did it quickly and professionally. We now use this service for all 4 of our locations to keep our store fronts looking great. Thank you for the amazing service all around and at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend!

I completely agree with the review above. I bought a group on last year and they were a no call no show on the apppointment I scheduled last fall. Then months of not returning phone calls or my email, finally this spring someone contacted me and set up an appointment. Only to have someone else call and re-schedule it. Numerous cancellations due to rain(on days that it didn’t actually rain) then a call to tell me they were running late for my new appointment and then another no call no show situation. I have called many times since then and only ever get a machine with no call back. I am still out my money and they have made no attempt to rectify this situation. Very frustrating!

What a horrible company to work with. Think that was too strong? I don’t! I honestly don’t know how Paneless can stay in business if they treat other customers like they have treated me. I’ve made over 15 calls to Paneless Window Cleaning. The first call I left a message and the call was returned in a reasonable amount of time. My appointment was made over a month out because they were busy(I imagine because of Amazon Local coupons) which I totally understand. I confirmed the window appointment the day before they were to come out. We were on schedule. They called at 7AM the day of the cleaning to cancel and rescheduled us for the next day. When they didn’t show up between 8 and 10 I called again, and again, I don’t know how may times. I finally got ahold of someone late afternoon(6 hours after the missed appointment) who told me they were backed up and would have to reschedule me. Really? When were they going to call to let me know? Remember, I called them, they did not call me! I stayed home all day waiting. Well, I was rescheduled. I again called the day before to confirm our appointment. Yep, I was on it. And guess what, they didn’t show up again! More phone calls not returned ensued. I wanted to talk to the owner or manager but was told he’s busy and he probably wouldn’t return my call. WHAT?!? This is not the way to do business or treat clients! In my last call I was told that they were going to push someone else back and get my windows done Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I was promised that I would be called on Tuesday to let me know if Wednesday was a go. Guess again, what happened? NOCALL. Today is the Monday afternoon after Thanksgiving and I still have not heard from Paneless. In this day and age of companies trying to «stay afloat» and get new customers it’s hard to believe that Paneless wants a thriving business at all. I will never do business with a company that, at the very basic level, does not communicate nor keep appointments. BUYERBEWARE!
