Everything in my orriginal review stays the same, but I need to make an update to some of their business practices. If you are going during a busy time of year, such as around holidays or or weekends, you want to make an appointment as early as possible. Why? Because the apointments don’t mean anything. Over Thanksgiving my mother wanted to have new family pictures done with the entire family, including my sister who came in from out of state. She made an 11 AM appointment. We arrived at 10:45 and the place was packed. Apparently the appointments don’t mean you’ll be in at that time, it just holds a place in line for you. So our 11 AM appointment meant we didn’t even start getting our pictures taken until almost 11:45 AM. When we asked about it, they said it was their policy to make appointments even though they know they won’t be on time.
The waiting room was filled with people waiting to get their pictures taken. When ever someone new would walk in for their appointment, they were added to the queue of ever waiting patrons. So either don’t go during busy times or make sure you have the earliest appointment possible, because the later in the day you make it, the long the wait.

This location is right outside of Bergners at Cherryvale Mall.
I would have to say that the staff here has go above and beyond to get the perfect pictures and satisfy their customers.
First of all my son’s photo session lasted almost 2 hours and had about 200 shots taken of him. There are 2 studios and a pretty large waiting area. We brought in different outfits and they had a lot of different backdrops to compliment them. The photographers are holding the camera and are able to move around the subject compared to other places where the camera is propped on a stand. After the photos are taken, you are able to review them on large flat screens in the waiting room area. They then print out your pictures in about 20 mins and you’re out the door.
I needed some 4×6 prints to be done, but they don’t offer that size print. The manager was worried that we wouldn’t hear back from corporate to authorize the pictures to be printed somewhere else. I needed them on Sunday and it was late Friday afternoon. So they figured out by printing out those 4×8 greeting cards and photo shopped the image and trimmed the edge we had our size!
I would have to say that they were very professional and we will definitely keep going there to document our son’s milestones in life.
