What an awesome shopping experience! Especially when one is spending some money on an IPAD Air 2! Lisa was very helpful in directing my purchase specifically for my needs. We will be back in July to purchase the PRO or an iMAC laptop. I would recommend shopping here if you are buying Apple products!

I was delighted when Simply Mac opened its doors at Cherryvale Mall last year. It’s a long drive to the Apple stores in Schaumburg and Madison. I have had an excellent experience with Simply Mac sales. The reps are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I have recommended the company to friends who needed Mac repairs, and they had the same experience.

My experience with Simply Mac was great! The sales rep helped me to get an even better computer than I had hoped for at a price that I could afford, and I have been very happy with my iMac since then! They helped me extensively with transferring my data from my old computer, and answered all my questions and concerns. Thanks guys for your awesome service!

Brought my working Mac in and left with a damaged, non-functioning unit. I brought in my fully function iMac for a hard drive replacement under the voluntary Apple replacement plan. Nothing wrong with it but I wanted to avoid any issues in the future if possible. As the closest Apple store to me is more than 75 miles away, I called Simply Mac who said they were an Apple certified repair center and could do the replacement. A week passed and I got it back. Almost immediately(within the first hour) I realized there were issues. The system seemed sluggish and I even got a kernel panic screen. I called Simply Mac and they said that it «shouldn’t be doing that.» I figured I finish restoring everything and see how it behaved. Four days and many issues, crashes, and oddities later I decided enough was enough. I brought it back to Simply Mac and the said they would check it out. This is where the problems really began. A short while later(I cannot recall if it was the same day or the following day) I got a call from them. They were asking if the screen was damaged when I brought it in. I stated emphatically that it was not. They continued that the screen was chipped and cracked and also the case was damaged. I stated that it was fine when I brought it in. They said not to worry, that they’d call Apple and see if they could get it fixed under AppleCare. Without going into the gory details, three weeks later and 6+ calls later I was getting pretty angry. The run around on this was crazy and a lot of finger pointing at Apple not being responsive, etc. I called yesterday and Josh, the service manager, told me that Apple would not cover it(not sure why the should anyway… they didn’t break it) and they would be happy to repair it for me for $ 880. I flipped out and asked him what kind of scam this was. He said he could lower the price for me to $ 530 but that was as low as he could go. For damage that they did. I told him to forget it and I would be in to pick it up shortly. I picked it up roughly two hours later, damaged and not not working. On it was the service summary sheet the fill out when the computer is brought in. Under service info it says the following: Physical condition: Used — No visible defects Physical Condition Comments: normal wear. As I am the Network Administrator for a company with 500+ computers and a growing fleet of Macs, I can say that they will not see any of that business as long as I hold this position. This place is shoddily run and has no integrity and I don’t trust their business practices. Avoid this place like the plague. I’ll be driving the 75+ miles to the Apple Store from now on…
