what great customer service went there to replenish my juice and had an issue. They made sure that I was happy and we’re extremely kind and helpful. The issue was my fault by the way. I rarely write reviews and if I do it is when I am dissatisfied. I don’t think I have ever been so satisfied with the customer service I recieved. I left very pleased with the service I recieved and I would highly recommend this establishment to others. Thank you guys very much.

5+ stars. If you are getting started vaping, trying to quit smoking, or just need a great shop, this is it. They are knowledgeable, organized, honest, clean and helpful. They helped me pick the perfect vape to start my journey, and provide excellent support and help with whatever you need.
I visited the Loves Park store a week after I bought my vape at State street, and it’s really nice. They have a pool table and «vape» area. Super clean and organized, so well set up. Best vape shop I’ve visited.

My love affair with Vape-​N-​Juice began almost 6 months ago when my oldest child insisted that we stop smoking after 20+ years. We opened the doors of V&J for the first time and have not picked up a single ciggie since then.
I know nothing about mods or really much of anything concerning building coils or rads or volts.
I know that I love this establishment.
Everyone in the store from the owner to the minions (Smart comment, but I love them all)
KNOW THEIR PRODUCT! They mix their juices in house… so I can get a weird nicotine level… such as a 1.5 as opposed to having to commit to a 3,6 or 9. Their flavors are the best in town… and can be mixed
But I have to say that the single most important thing to me is the customer service. I walk in the door about once a week and they recognize me and welcome me… everyone knows my preference of juices and nicotine levels. They are ALL wonderful about educating us on equipment. My hubby and I have taken in several friends to purchase starter kits to stop smoking, including my Auntie who smoked for 50 years and is now enjoying an occasional puff on her Spinner II… with coconut. YUM!
I am so excited about this place and HEY… how can you not get excited about the people that are helping you quit cigarettes AND ENJOYING IT???

Great customer service! They go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. They have a large selection of juices to try and even give you wire and cotton to roll your own cools for rdas. Definitely the place to go to get your e-​cig supplies!

I walked in to Vape-​n-​Juice as a complete newb. The guys there were incredibly helpful and informative. They asked about my tobacco uses and described the various options that they thought I would be interested in. It wasn’t just about selling me expensive gear, and in fact they tried to down-​sell me on the cheapest starter kit in the store. I ended up going with a ~$ 40 kit, which they assembled and filled for me as well. They showed me how to use the device and told me how to maintain it. They also let you sample any flavor in the store at the «flavor bar» (for lack of better term). Their attitude toward me was more about helping me quit using tobacco then it was about making money off me.
These guys are great and the store is a fun place to visit. I will be going back often. I wish more stores operated like this.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST VAPE STORE IN ROCKFORD! The selection of products is incredible. They have everything from reasonably priced starter kits to top of the line authentic mods. They offer an in house juice in something like 64 different flavors that is far superior to any I have tried (and paid significantly more for) There’s even an in house premium dripping juice that’s ⁹⁰⁄₁₀.
I cannot say enough about their customer service. The owners Adam and Jeremy are always there and incredibly helpful. The whole staff is very knowledgeable but doesn’t treat you like you’re stupid like some shops I’ve visited. Their business is geared toward both beginners who are looking for an alternative to cigarettes and experienced vapers who are wanting the latest hardware. I highly recommend you give them a try, you won’t be sorry
