I thought something changed – excellent service perhaps. I guess nothing has really changed. Still same rude owner and lazy wives and sisters sitting around like I saw years ago. Each time you call on the phone to schedule, there’s always this rude tone. I think his name is Tom or something like that. Pricey as hell! I guess there’s not a lot of competition yet… I’d rather drive out of town for a neater job than this shitty service.

After being asked to take down my good review on here because they got«too much business» I will absolutely not be returning. Its a shame having to find a new favorite place=/ If anything he should have thanked me..

I’ve been to Lisa’s Nails about 3 times now. I chose them because I live 5 minutes up the road. I think they have great prices. Sometimes there’s a short wait, other times they’re wide open and they can take you right away. Today, I booked an appointment a half hour from when I called. I still had a brief wait when I arrived, but I wasn’t in a rush and didn’t mind. The staff is very friendly. Some talk to you, others remain quiet. I haven’t had any problems here. The gentleman was really kind to me(and my nails) months ago when I needed my acrylic nails off. A different nail place roughy took them off and left them in bad shape. The guy at Lisa’s Nails was friendly and concerned for my nail health and wanted to help make them beautiful again. :) I’ll continue to come here!

Terrible service. They aren’t rude, they just don’t do a good a job as some other salons. One time I went, which was the last time for good, the lady was pregnant and did a HORRIBLE job with my fill.

My experience was nothing like Katie C’s. I went in to get my acrylic nails taken off and a regular manicure. 1. They didn’t soak my hands like your supposed to so they can get the acrylic ones taken off. It felt like she was ripping my real nails off. 2. I told her she was hurting me and I pulled away about 20 times while in tears and that is no exaggeration. I kept saying that hurts too much. I told her that she needs to soak them first. She gives me a tiny little thimble looking cup that you can fit 2 fingers in. I have gotten my acrylic nails taken off before and they soak them, file them, soke them file them and repeat until they can get them off. No other place has hurt me like that. My fault for not getting up and leaving like I should’ve, like I thought more than 10 times, my fault for not going to my regular place but I was out doing errands and that place was the closest. My talking loudly to stop, you’re hurting me, this hurts too much, it shouldn’t hurt like this, soak them etc. The woman never said anything, no sorry no NOTHING! 3. While I was sitting there I was looking around the place. It is absolutely filthy rotten, ripped chairs, stuff everywhere, on the floors, the counter, the towels were dirty, the sink was dirty. Now I’m sitting there trying to remember if she took her tools out of the jars with cleaning solution and I couldn’t remember. I have a feeling she didn’t. I hope I don’t get an infection or anything. 4. I will never ever go there again and in my opinion this place should be shut down because of how dirty everything in that place was. Absolutely disgusting and unfriendly employees. The board of health should go in there an take a look! I wish I got up and left when she hurt me the first time ripping my nails off. My fingers are still hurting! 5. DON’T GOTHERE!!!

To sum it up: great prices, excellent service, and a friendly and clean atmosphere. I’ve been to Lisa’s several times in the past and the women working here do awesome work. It’s not the fastest service around; they can be under-staffed frequently on weekends. However, if you just give them a call, they will reserve you a time. They are friendly, professional, and the salon is spotless! Good to know: during the summer, the fans are always on and there is AC! $ 25 for an excellent pedicure. Can’t be beat.
