A nice place to have in this part of Maine. The café is a decent size, with many coffee selections. The coffee is pretty good, but for the price I expected it to be better. On average, the coffees are $ 1 per oz.

Excellent coffee, hot or cold, and friendly baristas. I will come back next time I am in Rockland!

If I could I would do 4.5 because it’s not the absolute best coffee I’ve had, but I was very impressed to find a local coffee roaster on the East coast with such a big selection of delicious coffee and expresso drinks. If you are a West coast coffee junkie that just happens to be in Rockland, go here. The baristas were very friendly and took their time on making my fancy drinks. My dad and I also came here for lunch which hit the spot. They have a latte with maple and bacon flavours which was surprisingly good. Chill place to hang out too. This is a local gem!

This little sister of the Rock City Café further north on Main St. Is the perfect place to take your IPad or newspaper and enjoy expertly-brewed coffee and espresso. The baristas are always friendly and will mix it or steam it any way you want. A special shout out to baristas/roasters Kevin, Jared, and Meredith who are super.

Some of the most glorious boutique-roasted coffee in Maine comes from Rock City Coffee Roasters. Rock City has been around since 1992 and has been supplying their own store(a café and bookstore) and wholesale accounts on the Maine coast with fresh roasted coffee ever since. Rock City focuses its purchasing on organic and sustainably produced green coffee and concentrates on environmentally friendly manufacturing and business practices. Additionally, they actively raise funds for and donate money to local causes, from soup kitchens to community radio stations to children’s services to arts group. They also have given generously in the past to causes supporting disaster relief in hard struck communities like New Orleans and Sumatra. And the coffee’s good. Did I mention that?
