I have purchased quite a bit of stone and other products from Rockland cement. They are extremely helpful and knowledgable if it weren’t for them I would have had to hire a contractor instead of doing it myself, they saved me a ton of money. I would highly recommend them. After all I go there for the product not conversation.

I went to this place to buy some stone veneers. The first employee who I spoke to was nice, gave a good price, show me some great products.
When I went back to place the order, the first guys wasn’t around anymore. After waiting a few minutes, this other guy showed up with an attitude that I can’t explain. When I ask for the final price on the stones I wanted to buy, he gave a price twice as much as the first guy gave me, and when I told him I had a much better price the first time he asked me why I was asking for the price, if I already new how much was it.
It is beyond my imagination, why a business owner would allow such a nasty person to run his business like that. I live only a couple of miles from that store, and being a contractor myself, I had plans to do some good business with them.
They lost a $ 3,000.00 deal this time, and I’m sure they’re probably loosing a lot more every time a customer needs to face that person.
