I needed a new set of summer tires since it was early August and I still had the snow tires on one of my cars. The boys over at Sullivan’s were amazing. Not only are they very knowledgable about tires and vehicles in general, but they are friendly and fast.
I own 7 or 8 vehicles and go through tires like Grant went through Richmond and I will say this was by far the best tire buying experience yet. Of course you should always research to know what you want before going to a tire store but for those of you who only know tires are made of rubber, are expensive and wear out, I would feel very comfortable with Sullivan’s recommendations.
The reason I went to Sullivan was because my wife took her car there when she had a nail and was so impressed. Goes to show how good service pays.

Awesome people and service had to use them 2x on both trips to Mass. Tells you like it is and won’t overcharge. All work done in a timely manor. Very happy with them.

Awesome service! We were traveling with a travel trailer (and four kids) when we noticed we had a very soft tire. We called Sullivan and they were able to help us right away. In fact, from the time I called until we were back on the road was less than 1 hour! They were friendly, helpful, fast and inexpensive! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for help with tires.

I called Sullivan Tire on my way home from work after it took two attempts to start my car. After being told six months ago that my car battery was on the fritz, I knew exactly what the problem was. I called Sullivan Tire at 4:30 in the afternoon and they said so long as I was there by 6, I’d be in good shape.
$ 120 (after they hooked me up with a discount) later for a battery, installation, and discard of the old battery …
All the staff I interacted with were very nice and friendly. The waiting area was clean and they had coffee from a Keurig. No wifi available, but they were fast and nice!
