Blake Florists

I ordered a Premium Mother’s Day arrangement from
called Enchanted Cottage. They used Blake Florists and Decorators as the provider of this arrangement. My mother-​in-​law sent me a picture of the delivery received on 5÷7÷14. It looked as if a third grader arranged it as an art project. If I could attach pictures you would see how embarrassed I was that this arrangement would even be delivered. It look NOTHING like the picture of the flowers that were ordered. This was not because they had to substitute anything, it was because they do not know how to arrange flowers. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING AND EMBARASSING!

I pass by this shop everyday on my way home from work, I have never been in the shop but I wanted to bring a nice floral arrangement home for my wife so I stopped in to see what they had. I was greeted by a woman who from the time I walked in seemed to have the attitude that I was interrupting her and was bothering her by being in the store. I looked at some arrangements, (there were only 4 in the case to choose from) I picked one that was in a vase and was very nice and what I thought was a great value for only $ 35.00. The existing arrangement must have been in the case for a while as the flowers were wilted and kind of dehydrated looking. I asked the woman who was helping me if she could duplicate the arrangement with fresh flowers, she said that she would and disappeared into the back room to work her magic. After about ten or fifteen minutes she reappeared with the supposedly «new» arrangement.
It was so very obvious that this was the same arrangement that was in the case, (the one that I wanted duplicated with fresh flowers) as the flowers were still wilted and dehydrated looking, she had added a couple of fresh flowers to try to «spruce» it up a bit. (she didn’t even put a lot of effort into the attempted spruce up) I asked to see the original arrangement next to the new one so I could compare the two, but she said she could not do that because she had thrown the original arrangement out… okay. right, I am really not that stupid.
The saleswoman openly lied to me when all she had to do was to be honest and tell me that she could not duplicate the arrangement but could try to spruce it up a bit?
I left the store without an arrangement, I wasted in total about 25 minutes of my time and will never go back in the store again and highly advise against anyone else wasting their time in the store.

We were on our way to dinner with friends and wanted to get an arrangement. Blake’s had a lot of arrangements for funerals and other orders that depleted their supply. The owner was extremely helpful in creating a beautiful arrangement with the flowers that they had remaining in their cooler. He made sure that we were completely satisfied with his vision and we were very pleased with what he had created. Great customer service is hard to come by these days and we found it at Blake’s. Our friends were also impressed!
