Pop-A-Lock

My neighbor locked herself out of her house later in the evening last night. We called another company that claimed ²⁴⁄₇ availability and they never returned our call. Then we called Pop a lock and the gentleman was at her house within the hour. Very satisfied, would definitely recommend.

He was great, nice, fast, exact price he quoted on the phone– and he dealt with me calling him 3 times and asking him what his competitors prices were; he even told me the names of the other places that were open. (they were more expensive and would make me wait twice as long)

Horrible, horrible service. I ordered service and they said they have a technician on the way should be there in about 30 – 40 minutes. An hour went by so I called back and they said the tech is not answering his phone, he eventually showed almost 2 hours after the first call. By that time my husband was going to be home and I no longer needed him, the tech was rude as well and said he only got the call 40 minutes before

Terrible terrible service. They were sent to get me road side assistance. After waiting an hour, me having to call several times, promises that the driver would call me, and getting nothing; I call my insurance just to find out that the driver couldn’t locate me and decided to go back. Thanks for leaving me here without bothering to try to reach me.

Although initially I was expecting road side assistance I didn’t realize Pop-​A-​Lock provides these services. Tommy arrived early and accomplished changing my tire quickly and in a professional manner. After completing the tire task I asked him locks for my house. He checked out the locks I have and made recommendations on what I could do to secure my home. Tommy told me Pop-​A-​Lock of Brevard would install the locks when I was ready. I wish I didn’t need them-​but they saved my day when I did! I locked my self out of the condo and they sent over a locksmith. I was worried they would have to break the lock but he just picked it open and my crisis was over. Their office told me it would be 40 minutes to get here but he got here in 25 and I was back in my place in less than an hour. He also lubricated my locks while he was here as part of the deal. I’m putting them in my speed dial. Great service.

I locked my 17-​month old daughter in the car tonight. Well, actually she locked herself in, using the remote. There were a lot of circumstantial events that led up to the lock in, with both sets of keys inside. But, the bottom line is, I am a bad parent.
Anyway, thank goodness it was in the cool of the evening & inside of our garage. I tried to get her to press the unlock button on the remote, but she just laughed and kept pressing the lock button so that the horn would sound. After a few minutes, she threw the keys down in frustration.
