Awesome studio! I loved being able to watch my heart rate and compete with the different screens. I am bummed that I live in another state because I don’t have any good gyms near my house. I would definitely go here daily if I lived in the area! I got a full body workout in just one session and it was great.

Great workouts! If you are looking for functional fitness this is the place. The coaches are awesome and very knowledgable. You will get a high intensity and low impact workout compared to other gyms who offer high impact and medium to high intensity i.e. crossfit.

I tried this class out with Class Pass and I was pretty impressed. You wear a heart rate monitor provided by the gym and your progress is tracked during class. I’m a bit competitive so seeing how I doing versus other people made me go the extra distance. We started off with some treadmill warm up, a series of exercises, treadmill again with some added incline and a different set of exercises again. It was definitely challenging and in that one class I burned 668 calories.
I was only able to attend one class but I will be back to try more.
