AIM Mail Center

This place is really slow and expensive. A flat rate box that I was told would be $ 17 here was only $ 13 at another place.

You just can’t please everyone, and there are those people who live to complain about the smallest things. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, we’re all human and do the best we can. The owners of AIM have always made me feel welcome and are always there to serve my shipping needs. Thank you for working so hard to make my life easier!

Excellent service and friendly staff! They have helped me ship all kinds of packages and I’m always greeted with a smile. Everyone is very knowledgable and they are in a convenient location with easy parking.

Slowest place on earth
They took forever like ³⁵⁄₄₀ minutes to bind my papers and not to mention that I had left it here 3 days ago. When I got here it still wasn’t done.
As I watch people come in I see that they work so slow and there’s no sense of urgency. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. After they changed the owners it has become very poor in customer service.

Excellent mail center that handles all of the basics. Had to get a few packages out asap and was in/​out in a jiffy. Pretty convenient location too… there’s ample parking in front.

This used to be a great mail center to go to whenever I needed to mail out something quick without having to stand in long lines at the Post office. However, with the new management, it has unfortunately gone downhill. I went there to send some time-​sensitive documents by USPS priority mail and also wanted to pay for a self addressed return envelop (also priority) which would go inside my mail. The service I got was very slow, confusing and most of all wrong. I went there with my own priority envelopes already addressed. The only thing needed was stamps and tracking labels. I asked for signature confirmation which they said wasn’t available. They took a lot of time to create mailing labels and affixed the labels on both the envelopes. I paid for the stamps and left. When I subsequently tracked the mail, I found that it was being returned to my home address (return address). After it arrived, I found something very strange. Apparently, after I left the center, they created another new label (without my consent) which was in fact the return label I alluded to earlier, and affixed that on top of the correct mailing label before sending it out. The result was that my mail did not reach its destination but was returned to me. This eventually caused me a great deal of hassle and I feel that this is beyond careless. I would suggest caution before doing business here.

This mail center is extremely customer service oriented and the staff always ready to help. A fine array of merchandise to assist with mailing and shipping needs is available and they can ship wine! Service is prompt and thorough. Because it’s such a fine and reputable business, it may be necessary to wait when there is heavy customer activity. Highly recommend.

Something’s change with this business. This has always been my go to for anything shipping/​packaging/​notary or passport related. My wife and I both went here last week. We both left feeling ripped off. $ 25 to send a few papers to NYC? Slow and confusing service. Line almost out the door. Won’t be going back.

Very close to my work and I never have to wait too long. I just went in there today and I had my items packaged in bubble mailers and asked the lady if she thought the USPS would bend it and she said it was possible. So she opened up my packages for me, cut some cardboard to stick it in my packages to make them sturdy and not bendable and then taped them back up. Above and beyond service. Will return weekly.

These people have gone above and beyond for me. I just today realized that I might have left some papers in my math textbook that I had already boxed up and was at the mail center waiting to be shipped. They opened it back up and looked through the book as the packages were being picked up by the UPS guy! Thank you for the great service!

I have had nothing but the best possible service every time I have gone into this Aim Mail Center. Steve has always been especially helpful, but I have never had anything but a good experience. I would not hesitate to refer people to their place if business.

Such wonderful and kind staff. I shipped a birthday package and it got to the location with in 3 days, only cost me $ 6 dollars to ship it. Overall great experience!

Great customer service with a smile!

I like AIM Mail Center a LOT! They take really great care of me every time I come in and they NEVER make me feel guilty for not having my own packing tape to seal the box. Everyone there is super friendly — I would not hesitate to come here for all of my shipping needs!

Friendly staff and good pricing. I use them for supplies and when I am feeiling too lazy to drive to the Post Office.

Kinda bad hours; it closes at 5:00, so take off work early if you work a 9:00 — 5:00 and need to mail something. Other than that it’s an okay place. The staff has always been friendly every time we’ve been in there. They also have a notary public on staff.
