This place is the best. Mark Knasko, the Manager, helped us pick out a beautiful rug for our master bedroom. We were really overwhelmed by all the choices, but he was super helpful (not pushy) and helped us narrow down our choices. Their prices are really completive, but the best thing about Carpet One is their customer service. We needed our rug delivered before our furniture arrived and Mark did everything to not only get it to our house on time for our move, but he delivered it himself 2 days early! I would only buy carpets/​rugs from Carpet One in Rocklin. This place knows customer service.

Rocklin, CA
Carpet One just completed our floor installation. Hardwood, tile and baseboards. Mark was extremely helpful in determining which tile and wood to use, he is very knowledgeable of the material. He was in constant contact and did not mind us dropping by to ask questions. The hardwood installation team headed by Brian and Larry were exceptional and meticulous. The tile guys (Ron and Ron Jr.) did a good job as well. We could not be happier with the material choice and the finished product.
