Make this your last option for pharmacy services. I’ve tried to give them a few extra chances to redeem themselves and I can honestly say that they’re the worst pharmacy ever. They’ve alway made me wait for my meds (when I say I’ll pick up in the evening) and the ONE clerk is always slow (one talks your ear off and one is just «challenged». Go someplace else if you can possibly help it.

Understaffed, gross bathrooms, damaged and stained floors. I worked there for a month and promptly returned to my previous job due to how horrible it was there. The cashiers were nice and the customers were nice but the training was terrible. One employee mentioned in a previous review here on Unilocal,a supervisor, was incredibly rude to people, treated everyone including customers like they were wasting his time. Another woman who was training kept telling me «I’m so glad you’re not a retard» while I was running the register. The upper level crew there just made everything really awkward.
Great place for coupon clippers though…

Bad customer service. Did not let me know it would take a week for a refill and did not care.
It has been a week and still they have not been about to fill my standing prescription re-​filled. I was asked twice to «wait and we will prepare it for you» just find find out on the 4th day they did not even have the prescription in house and it was on order.
When I asked why it was taking so long «This is the first of the year and many people are getting their prescriptions filled». I understand some hours delay but 6 days so
I asked if they can find it at another store and was told «we don’t know we would have to check other stores» and walked away to help another customer.

This was my best pharmarcy experience ever. I got a text message to let me know my prescription is ready. The pharmacist Cindy was super helpful. She was very concern about my problem and make sure I get my prescription the same day. I would definitely recommend this place for your future prescription.

The pharmacy is the main reason I go. Samantha and Catherine are great and always very helpful! However, I always avoid when Brian is there. He’s a total dick and is just so bad a customer service.

Not only has this pharmacy given me the wrong persons prescriptions, they have given me the wrong medications. Today when I was in need of medications and they couldn’t read the fax… instead of calling the doctors office… they told me to wait until the morning and call my doctors office. I was in major pain but they were too lazy to call the doctors office and have it taken care of before I got there? I am changing to a different pharmacy. Not only are these people lazy they are dangerously incompetent.

It’s ok if you need something in a pinch and are close by, but Target and Walmart are definitely less expensive.

It’s what you would expect from a CVS. They’re always prompt with my photo orders that I do online. The staff is friendly and helpful.
