Eco Clean Carpet and Tile Care

Hey I just wanted to give Eco Clean a huge shoutout! I got my carpets cleaned today due to a nomination from a friend of mine and the service couldn’t have been better. The deal was only for 2 rooms and Yule called his boss and they offered to do my stairs as well. The carpets look AWESOME! Yule was professional and he answered all the questions about the treatment. Give this guy a raise! Nothing but great service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend these guys to get the job done. Thanks for keeping it clean. Much appreciated.

Fantastic service! Technician was super friendly and really knowledgeable. I learned a lot about the carpet cleaning process. Most importantly, the results were fabulous. Excellent customer service, easy to schedule an appointment, great email confirmation and reminder. I wasn’t sure who to use in Sacramento as I am from Baltimore. Glad I found Eco Clean… will absolutely use them again!

I’m incredibly happy to review Eco Clean carpets and give them 5 stars! They’ve come out to clean the carpets in my house twice before and did an outstanding job both times!
Recently, I learned they were giving away a free carpet cleaning every day in February to someone in need and decided to nominate my husband’s grand-​parents. For many, many reasons they were deserving of this, and I was so touched when I received a call to let me know that they were selected. They are going to be so thrilled with their newly cleaned carpets. What an awesome gesture for a company to do!
I’m very appreciate of a quality, socially responsible company. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Everything was a-​ok. Used a groupon for a few rooms. Old carpet and many stains and 99% were removed. I was shocked that mush came out. Good communication and great service.
i would use them again and my Dad saw it and wanted to get his home cleaned too.

Horrible service. I scheduled an appointment for 11 a. m the tech showed up around 2. The carpets look same as before. I’m sure it’s because I did not upgrade. They also left water everywhere. It took about 10 mins for them to finish. This is no exaggeration.

We purchased a two story carpet cleaning and a tile floor cleaning from Groupon for a great price. I called to schedule the service and they were able to come out the very NEXT day — no waiting at all. Rob was fantastic to speak with and very helpful.
Matt arrived on time the next morning and was great to work with as well. He was able to answer all of our questions and make recommendations based on what would be best for our floors (both the tile and the carpet). The whole thing took just over two hours and our carpets looks great! Very pleased with the service!
One note: if you purchase a Groupon stairs are not included and they are $ 3 per stair. I was also a little surprised at how small of a surface the tile floor cleaning I purchased covered and was a little taken aback at the cost to clean a larger area (and our tiled area really isn’t that big to begin with). I completely understand the products they use to clean are more expensive than traditional chemicals (something I LIKED about the company), but once I started adding everything up it still cost several hundred dollars on TOP of the Groupon price.
All that said, I’m still giving this 5 stars for prompt service, excellent customer service from both Rob and Matt, a job well done and products I feel comfortable having around my small children and dog.

I have used Eco clean multiple times for my carpets and furniture. They are very reasonable with their pricing and very professional. I also appreciate how on time they are and willing to listen to what is needed and finish the task efficiently. I have even sent them over to my mother’s house and they did an amazing job their too! I bought this service from Groupon. It was great price. It’s very easy to schedule and reschedule. The customer service is very easy to reach. They are very nice and polite. The cleaning technician is very great at what he does. He is very knowledgeable to identify the different kind of stain and what it might look like after the cleaning.
I will hire them again.
The only reason I vote for three stars because my appointment was at 9am, but the technician showed up at almost 10.

I bought the Groupon and had my carpets cleaned yesterday. Scott was amazing! He was fast, very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my carpets were as clean as possible. Even with two large dogs and a cat in a one-​bedroom duplex, he was able to get the carpets beautiful and spot-​free. Please give Scott a thumbs up from us, we’re very happy!

If I could give a negative star I would. Bought a Groupon for $ 55. When he arrived I was told I had to upgrade or I wouldn’t get soap. Minimum upgrade was $ 60. I have a 875 square foot apt and with all my furniture no more than 500 Ft. I said no way and the job was done without soap. I was shocked! It was horrible. Groupon was awesome and made it right. The driver was nice and seemed embarrassed he had to do this. Also, I made my appt with the owner and he said nothing about the upgrade. Bad for business Robert!

Horrible! Bait and Switch. Stay away from these people.
I had a $ 59 carpet cleaning Living Social deal for 1200 square feet.
The guy shows up and says it’s only steam cleaning and to really clean the carpet it would regularly cost $ 900 but he will give me a SPECIAL for $ 800… he calls his ‘boss’ and comes down ‘with other specials’ to $ 400!!! What? I call Living Social and they look at the coupon and say, «No, it’s $ 59. Period. Eco Clean wouldn’t do it for less than $ 400 and the tech left.
They then call… after everything is put back in the house and ask if I’d do it for $ 200??? It’s all paper moon… A scam company… Don’t use them.

Watch out people!!! Got a groupon paid over 600 and they messed up my tile when they cleaned the grout what ever they use to clean the grout it etched the tile called and he got really mad about it. Also left a big spot on my driveway ! Horrible!

EcoClean’s technician (Yule) just left our house after cleaning and sealing our floor tiles.
Yule did an AMAZING job, and his professionalism is SECOND-​TO-​NONE! Furthermore, their price was MOST competitive (they’ll be added to our address book for future reference :))

I have no idea why anyone would not give EcoClean 5 stars — they do an awesome job. I’ve purchased quite a few groupons to get my tile/​grout cleaned and they ALWAYS have done a fantastic quick job! I have them coming out in 2 weeks to do more tile/​grout cleaning too — i’m excited.
Today, however, I had them come out (with a Groupon) to do some carpet cleaning. Robert came out and he was absolutely WONDERFUL! He took his time to walk through the house with me and talk to me about various eco-​friendly products they use and made recommendations for some additional deeper cleaning due to my dog having peed on various areas of the carpet. I opted to do some additional deeper cleaning to basically dissolve any remnants of urine in a couple of rooms for this and the charge was minimal — completely reasonable. He was able to clean all of my carpets within an hour (we had less than 1000 square feet of carpeting that needed cleaning) — and he did so with complete enthusiasm and professionalism! I really enjoyed talking to him and the work he did was AMAZING. My carpets look amazing — and I’m super happy with the service. Plus Robert was EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE — and even went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the cleaning. THANK YOU ROBERT! I will be recommending you to everyone I know!

I purchased a groupon to have my carpets cleaned
they were very friendly (salesmen) and did a good job but I had to pay and additional $ 100 on top of the $ 89 I paid for the groupon and I only a 1000 sqft townhouse! they were in and out in 35 minutes
I felt taken advantage of… will not hire them again.
