In the form of minutes, this place took a fortnight to make the food for my party of five. Even though we were the only ones there. The food was meh and cold. And worst of all… the cup holder I was carrying ripped and *shiver* soaked my Jordans with soda.

Ordered and number 5 and they asked if I also wanted 2 tacos for 99 cents… I did want 2 tacos! Dr Pepper was also top notch. Some girl in there has a really sexy voice but I didn’t get to see her oh well

This Jack in the Box needs some serious help! Maybe new staff? Management? I have worked very close by for a little over 2 years now and have been here probably 5 – 10 times and have NEVER received good service or good food. I keep thinking every couple of months maybe I’ll try again and its terrible. I tried it again today and a Team Lead helped me so you would think they would have good customer service but nope not at all. Its been almost 2 hours and I am sick to my stomach ugh. The tacos are gross and the fries/curly fries are always burnt and you can tell have been sitting under heat lamp for hours. Also, the buns are like falling apart on the chicken sandwiches/burgers. Its truly sad because Jack in the Box does have a great menu but when its served like this it ruins it for all. I’m sure I’ll try again in a couple months hopefully it improves.

Just left there and got home to realize they didn’t even put my 2 French fries that I paid for in the bag. Went to go call the number that on this Unilocal page, and it’s not even in service! Also, they never gave me my receipt. So stupid.

I’m a huge fan of Jack. I eat here all the time, and before last night, I have had absolutely no complaints. I went through the drive through at 1 a.m. the service was extremely slow. after getting home with my food, I realized that they hadn’t given us half of the order, the buns on the burgers we did get were dry and stale and the fries were cold. I threw the whole order out. Disgusting! Furthermore, they failed to provide a receipt! This morning I called the store and spoke with the manager. I was told there was nothing he could do, and that he would contact the district manager. I called the corporate complaint line and spoke to a gentleman who identified himself as the department supervisor. He was rude, and unfriendly and failed to resolve the issue. I’m very disappointed. My recommendation to everyone would be to avoid this location overnight. The food quality is poor and the service is slow, and they seem to have no interest in customer satisfaction.

A big eh. Late night munchies I had. Jack in the Box I craved. Chicken tenders I ordered. 3 out of 5 were edible. SAYWHAT? Yeah. Might as well just gave you $ 2 off the bat. Fries were good. Sprite kicked ass. But that tummy ache afterwards… Businesses be straight stealin yo!

Everytime I pull to the window, I’m asked how my service was. I appreciate that. And my food is always correct and seemingly made to order. Non made to order fast food is disgusting. Fresh is where this Jack in the Box is at.

The breakfast I had was terrible. The hash brown was hard & cold. Had to have been left over from the day before. Coffee wasn’t good either. No wonder there wasn’t a line like Mc Donalds across the street. Should have known better. This app won’t let me post without choosing a ‘STAR’ rating. I rate this experience No Star! Very disappointed.

I have always liked the food here. They always get my order right even when I switch up to curly fries. A bit slow sometimes but not bad and I will take a little slow over a sloppy burger any day!

Well… the food quality at JITB is pretty much the same at all the locations BUT here it always seems to be a bit fresher than other locations. I tend to wait a little longer in this drive through but I really do believe it is because my food is being prepared as I wait, unlike other locations. I have had wrong orders here but have never had a problem getting it fixed and fixed correctly. they are also reasonably priced. As I have seen others mention, the employees seem to be a bit more jovial here, also. Even though, as a chain, I have lost confidence in JITB, I do prefer them over the golden arches… just be sure that I will choose Carl’s Jr over them on any payday.

Moving from one area of Rocklin to another… busy painting getting our new house ready. My husband goes in orders 3 hearty breakfast bowls which we get from the rocklin road location often. he comes back. we have one hearty bowl. sorta…its like half of one. and 2 other bowls we couldn’t identify. My husband, not usually a pickey eater. tried it… could not eat it. Our 2 girls tried it.nope. Tonight we go back to get dinner(remember we are moving… have nothing to cook)…order several things… including 2 kids meals. one with a cheeseburger one with grilled cheese. Getting our food at the window I mentioned to the manager what happened earlier today. she said«we never make mistakes here, you don’t know what you are talking about.». MMM… ok. I was mad but let it go. Got to our new house… they messed up! no cheeseburger. but 2 grilled cheese. receipt was correct. Called the manager… she said i was mistaken. that there was no way there were 2 grilled cheese. that she knows my order was correct. REALLY??? SO I CANGOINGTOWASTEMYTIME. CALLANDLIETOHER? I asked her to remedy the situation… she refused. Said I was incorrect… and that«my daughter ate a cheeseburger not a grilled cheese». after that it turned ugly and i hung up. I DONOTRECOMMENDTHISJACKINTHEBOX… go see Margie at the one on Rocklin road… that location is wonderful. from now on we will drive the extra distance to go back to her. despite the close proximity of the standford ranch one. its just not worth it. Jenette the manager at this location took the prize for my worst customer service experience ever. I work retail… seen a lot… have had a lot of bad. but Jenette is hands down winner. If we spoke or lied to our customers like that we would be fired in a heartbeat. Hope corporate gives her what shes earned.

Food from this Jack-In-The Box is okay here… the shakes are AWFUL! I wanted a chocolate shake on a hot day and stopped in here, their shakes have a curdly texture with white chunks in it… ICK! I purchased another shake from here at a later date to see if it was just a fluke. NOPE! Another curdly shake! I do not recommend!

Ultimate Cheeseburger way too good! Drive thru service needs much improvement. Make sure you check your order before you drive away or you will be pulling around the corner and walking in to get what you REALLY ordered. Have had way too many wrong orders handed to me.
