this woman is amazing! Janet long shows the utmost respect and attentiveness to your weight loss goal! she is the most knowedgeable personal trainer that i know of. she is constantly working to gain better and more updated routines for her clients! she is patient, and kind. she can not only schedule a amazing work out routine for you, she can can also help write you a daily eating schedule! who needs jenny craig when you have her! i love that she can come to my home with all her own neccesarry equipment and i never have to leave! i really hate the gym so this is perfect! i love janet long and long 2b fit! she has 2 thumbs up in my book.

I started with Long 2B Fit about a year and a half ago before going into my third knee surgery. I had to find a way to loose some weight while not being able to do much on my feet. With Janet’s help I was able to loose 15lbs before surgery with simple exercises and better nutrition. This helped me transition from post op to recovery very quickly. We have adjusted my program as new bench marks are reached. To date, I have lost 45lbs in my time with Long 2B Fit. My overall health has improved drastically and I feel like I am 22 again. I like that she makes sure that I am not pushing past my limits that my lower body has, in effort to avoid(re)injury and continue with this awesome new life. Janet is a very well informed trainer and nutritionist who keeps current with techniques and methods and how it all applies to each individual. She is friendly and easy to communicate with. She has many tools in her bag of tricks to keep you motivated and on goal. If you are looking to make a positive change in your body and overall health, Long 2B Fit will be a great help.
