They were supposed to meet us at the park at 10:30, an hour before my daughter’s party. Long story short, the bounce house was not up until after 12pm, and my guests had been sitting around for over 30 mins.
After they left we realized that one of the zippers on the side of the bounce house was broken (they just left it undone, didn’t say a thing about it). A kid falling out of the side of the bounce house was how we discovered it.
They were supposed to pick it up at 2pm. We waited until 3pm before unplugging it and leaving it in the park. These people suck.

I was just at Tahoe Park food truck night. The generator that powers the fans to blow up the slides RAN OUT OF GAS! I had to pull my kid off so he didn’t get stuck inside the collapsing slide. It was terrifying. Luckily everyone was okay.
Also they charge way too much!

I paid for a dirty jump house, dirty tables, but the chairs were clean guys don’t worry! Got one thing right! Honestly for what I spent the inflatable should have been sparkling. I only gave them 2 stars is because they did fix the dirtiness of the inflatable quickly, and the girl I ordered with was nice. But other then that, I won’t be back unless they start to care about the health of their customers and their kids!!! Feel like I wasted my money.
