I was looking for a new nail shop after having my last «not the best experience» with ProTop Nails. Although ProTop Nails has decent customer service, I am never completely satisfied with my nails but have settled because they are close by. To make a long story short, my boyfriend visited Quality Nails for a pedicure after dropping clothes off at the cleaners and he praised Quality Nails. The follow week I went to try them myself. I experienced not only exceptional customer service, but the BEST and LONGEST pedicure I have ever received and my manicure looks amazing. To top it all off, I rolled my pants leg too high and it took two of their staff members to assist me in getting them down… priceless! I cannot express how nice the staff is. They have definitely received what will turn into a loyal customer.
If you are looking for a new nail shop or just a change of scenery, please stop in Quality Nails. You will not be disappointed.

I am thoroughly confused how there are so many good reviews. Granted most of the girls are nice enough and do a decent job but 3 out of the 5 times I have come for a pedicure I have had the same woman who is terrible. She actually hurts me. Massages with a punch of lotion and water with her rubber gloves and digs her nails into me. Is very rushed and rough. I kept trying because they are so close to my house but I’m done trying.

When I walked in at around 10:15AM, there were no customers, but I came in based on Unilocal reviews. I was greeted and asked what service I would like and I told Thi (I think that’s her name) that I wanted a gel manicure. She gave me the color palette and told me to take a seat. I asked for pricing and she told me $ 25.
While she was doing my nails, we barely had a conversation going and when I tried to start a conversation, she would just respond back with one word. Well, I was there for service and quality, not to make a new friend, so that wasn’t a big deal in my opinion.
Overall, this place is very clean and they do nice work, but if you’re looking for someone who you can talk to during the process, then you’re at the wrong place.

The ladies at Quality Nails have always done a great job for me and my daughter. The salon is nice, clean, quiet, and the massage chairs are great.
The polite staff really keep me coming back.

Dropped in for a gel toenail polish change. Took only fifteen minutes and it cost only fifteen dollars! I do have to say the smells of chemicals are very strong in here for some reason.

Just moved here and was nervous on finding a new nail tech. Stopped by Quality Nails and Amber did my nails perfectly! She was very friendly and detail oriented, they turned out exactly how I wanted! Couldn’t be happier, I’ll definitely be coming back!

This salon must have been sold because it was an Asian family that ran it when I was there yesterday. The young girl who did my nails was professional, quick and paid attention to detail. If I had one negative thing to say, it would be that she didn’t utter a word the whole time. When I tried to make small talk, she didn’t reply.

Trying to find a good place to get my son’s girlfriends and my pedi done. I called these folks because of the good ratings on Unilocal.They quoted me $ 20 which included a stone massage. I made an appointment and as soon as I got in the chair I was handed a price list that was $ 25 for the stone massage. I was having quality girl time and I couldn’t get up and walk out over the price. I should have walked out. They painted our toes well and that was about the only thing they did right. My feet are still rough and have calluses even though the $ 20 service included removing them. The seats hardly massaged and the white towels looked dirty. Oh and the gal doing my pedi was not nice at all. Maybe she was having a bad day? The reviewers must be friends because this place was horrible. I won’t be back, EVER.

The best mani and pedi I have ever had! Sandy was the best! Very clean. You can’t beat the price! I used to go to Bellagio thinking they had the best pedi, but I was oh so wrong! Will never go anywhere else!

I was here just the other day for the first time because it’s close to where I work and it stays open late and omg Amber does amazing work. I won’t be returning to my old nail salon. I’m so happy I found this place because she does my nails exactly the way I like them. It’s hard to find someone who does square nails the right way!!!

Friendly, dedicated staff who takes the time to pamper you! My daughter and like to do girls’ night and get pedicures every now and again. We aren’t regulars, but we have been to a few different nail salons in Rocklin. This one we are sticking to. The staff does an excellent job of pampering your feet and nothing felt rushed. It’s a nice place to relax and unwind.
Our toes turned out great. The salon is very clean and the nail kits are well kept.

This is totally a local mom and pop nail salon. It’s clean and they do have spa chairs for your pedicure but they are not a spa like pampering place. Service was great. The gals were friendly and didn’t rush our appointments. I got a mani and pedi and my friend got the shellac mani. Her color was really nice and she said it did last a little over two weeks. My mani and pedi was good as well. The women took the time to carefully clean my cuticles without no pain. The price is very reasonable too. Total for my friend and I with tip was around $ 60. We will definitely be back. The only unfortunate thing is that their color selection is very minimal.

My nails lasted for 3 weeks. They always turn out so good. Last time I got the basic pedicure too for $ 20 (I didnt want my nails to be cut so she just shape them then she cut my cuticle so gentle and did a good job on my heel which was so dry. And the massage was the best after all I had hot towel) the whole time i was so relax. The staffs are so nice .I will be back!!!
Ps: I think they are under new ownership and they take credit card too.

Quality Nails. Quality my behind!!!
I get gel polish because I am very hard on my nails and I need the polish to last at least 10 days.
After 5 days my gel polish was chipping and my nails were breaking. I’ve never had that happen before.
The woman who did my nails was very nice and patient with me but the end result just isn’t what I am used to.
I’ll be going some place new.
FYI: While I was there I heard the women talking about how they have a new owner and Linda isn’t there anymore. After reading on Unilocal she seems like the reason for such high reviews.

I’ve been here quite a few times and have never had a bad experience. They run a special $ 25 for a pedi and mani. There is only two people there, Tony and Linda. They are both chatty and nice. Tony is always busy with appts. Linda gives a great pedi and a good leg massage.
The place is not super fancy and neither are the chairs and they are never crowded. I usually get in on my lunch break with no problems, and no appt.
