Lori is simply the best! Brows, waxing, sunless tanning, and facials she does all of it! I have been going to Lori for years and I highly recommend her to anyone!

I can not comment on the actual service performed as we were never able to reach that point. My wife scheduled a Groupon I got her for April 30^th and they called to cancel her appointment that morning. So she rescheduled it for June 4^th, next available appointment. After driving 25 miles out there and waiting 20 minutes both of the ladies who were suppose to do the facial and massage didn’t show up. So 15 minutes after my wife leaves and starts driving back home one of the girls calls her and asked if she wanted to reschedule again. Really… after all this we’d want to reschedule again?
Seriously this is the worst Groupon deal ever. I have since contacted Groupon and received a refund however that does not take into account all the time we wasted. If you schedule an appointment with a client you need to follow through. A one time reschedule is understandable as things happen but a no show at your facility is just inexcusable. Not to mention it ruined my wife’s day as she was looking forward to the facial and massage and my day since she was so unhappy.
I’m not sure if the problems with this place were due to over selling on Groupon but there was numerous complaints on Groupon’s site. I’m highly surprised no one else commented on here.

Lori is a wonderful, caring and giving esthetician and massage therapist. Even after her Groupon deal (which has even cost her more money tha she made) she continues to bring top customer service to her clients. Those going to see her should know that she not only helps people become beautiful, she herself is beautiful both inside and out. Caring, giving and really GOOD at what she does!
