Next level service and experience! Since moving my wife’s childhood piano into our house, and learning that pianos need to be tuned roughly annually, after any move, let alone after 20 years… I thought a tune would be a good X-​mas present. In searching Google and Unilocal,I found a local «Piano Store» and emailed to see if they either provide the service or have a recommendation. An hour later (10pm or so on a weeknight) Ben responded not only with a referral, but offered to kick in a percentage of the regular fee! What?! The very next day we had our piano tuned, it sounds amazing. So glad I connected with The Piano Store, and if my limited engagement was so positive, I can’t imagine how great they must be to work with on an actual piano purchase. So impressed!

Hands down the best Piano store I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting! Ben, the owner, is incredibly generous, friendly, and knowledgeable! I needed a new cleaning cloth for my K. Kawai baby grand. I fully expected to have to purchase one or more. But Ben gave me a K. Kawai cloth as well as a key board cover for free! A gorgeous selection of pianos too! I would highly recommend «The Piano Store» of Rocklin to anyone!

Ben, the owner, is incredibly knowledgable and concerned with you finding what you really want. We came in with an idea and were given an array of piano options (from new to used) at various prices and even with features like top-​of-​the-​line Piano Disc players that operate from an iPad. We have had our gorgeous used Kawai grand piano for 2 months and we LOVE playing it! Equally as enjoyable is the Piano Disc player that allows music to fill the home even when we are doing something else! The whole process with Ben was enjoyable, including the final tuning in our home! I recommend a visit to learn from Ben and see what is available!

My wife has always wanted a baby grand piano and we finally were able to save the money to get one for her. We looked for about six months and she decided to visit the Piano Store in Rocklin. The owner was amazing, super friendly and courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure she got the right piano. He was even willing to help her look through Craigslist to see if a better deal could be found. In my book, you can’t beat that type of service. In the end, we ended up purchasing a new model from him for the cost of a used one on Craigslist! I can’t speak highly enough of this business and its owner. If you’re in the market for a new/​used piano, please give this small business a shot.
