A Bay Breeze RV Park

If you’re thinking about staying here GO SEE IT FIRST! The website is deceiving. It’s definitely not good for long term stay. Your $ 100 deposit is non refundable!

Terrible experience. Only given one star because I couldn’t leave a 0 star review. The managers of the park are extremely rude people. The woman would rather cuss you than deal with any sort of problems or situations. The yards are not mowed on a regular basis. The half mile long dirt road is full of pot holes and is not kept up by the mangers/​owners. So drive very slow approaching the park. There is very limited parking space and the parking area floods badly. The «free Wi-​Fi» is a joke. Also the sign regarding video surveillance is also a lie. No cameras anywhere on the grounds. Mosquito nest ponds surround the park as well as tons of abundant overgrowth totally encircling the park. You will be safe from the wildlife in the woods by the 8 ft wire fence. The dozen sick, unhealthy, flea infested cats that live under the office are a different story though. They walk on vehicles and end up scratching them. Not to mention the dogs at the residence next to the park that come into the campground and mess with anything outside. Not that many parks offer lifeguards but no lifeguard at the pool but the manager will hang out up there and watch you swim, relax and sunbathe. So no worries ladies. Not kids friendly. They charge extra for any child older than 12, $ 60/​month, without giving a reason why, even though you already pay separate electric.
I do NOT recommend this RV park to anyone. We have traveled for 8 years and stayed in many campgrounds in many states, and this has been the worst experience we’ve had. Please, spend your money elsewhere.

This is a small park. It has cement slabs under RVs. They have full hookups, a pool, hot tub, laundry, cabins, grass yards and quiet. The price seemed right for the area. We would stay here again.
