I am rating based on comparison with other donut places in town. This place is clean & pastries are displayed well. I had the sausage, jalapeño cheese kolache & sausage is of good quality. My husband had the brkfst sausage, egg & cheese croissant & liked it a lot. We also ate an éclair & filling was not very sweet, the way I like it. The owners are very friendly & offer great customer service; even gave us free donut holes. I plan to try other donut places in town to determine my favorite place & will revise later if necessary. They do offer senior specials.

The rating was heavily impacted by the service/​attitude Went to get morning donuts for our group. After standing in long line, and asking for 2dz regular glazed donuts (usually considered a staple of the donut trade) & some other assorted baked goods. i was informed they were out but would have more in 5 minutes. Thinking about hot fresh donuts, we chose to wait. And wait and wait!
Communication issues also I asked for a blueberry long john while waiting. Got a crème filled long john & a blueberry donut! The counterperson was not customer friendly when i pointed it out although she refunded my money.
Finally got the donuts 25 minutes later! The donuts themselves were good, though.

I enjoy good food, service, cleanliness and speed of service. Now with this said, I found it here at Texas Donuts on my visit to Rockport. It’s a donut shop!!! Great selection of donuts! Great verify of breakfast tacos, and YES good ones. I travel around Texas and in The city of West what can you get?” Kolache’s «Yes a Great verity as well. Breakfast and Lunch sandwiches!!! It was busy and needed a table cleaned, where I remove my own garbage when I leave. Great prices! Fast service! I did notice they were running a drive threw window as well. I enjoy a quality coffee which I felt there’s was average. But I told them and we’ll see next trip. Yes there will Be A Next Trip!,

Great spot for a quick breakfast … Donuts, kolache’s with 3 different types of sausage (regular, boudin, and prasek which, according to the manager, is sourced just up the road) and coffee!
I didn’t see my favorite donut which is plain cake, but it was getting toward their closing time so it’s forgivable.
The managers were super friendly and accommodating. When I ordered my coffee they made some fresh and offered ½ and ½ instead of the creamer they had out. My only complaint (a personal pet peeve): the coffee was served in a plastic foam cup.
Great place, and OPEN … It’s Monday and Daily Grind (closed two days a week) nor the other donut shop in town are open for business. Give these guys a shot.

We really enjoy this place! Not only are they super friendly, the food is delicious! We’ve tried several of the pigs in a blanket, croissant sandwiches & donuts. Everything was awesome. We especially liked the ham & cheese croissant, prasek pigs in a blanket, and sausage egg & cheese croissant sandwich.
We went here about 10am this morning (Saturday), and was pleased with the quality & freshness. Yes the foods are sitting in the display, but isn’t that how donut shops work? I know they were made today, and if you let them heat it in the microwave a few seconds they’re nice & warm & soft. I personally don’t go into a donut place expecting made-​to-​order foods. If you’re looking for fresh amazing breakfast tacos, go to Rosita’s on Market St. If you’re looking for awesome donuts with friendly service, try this place! :)

Very friendly service, but unless you get there when they open, nothing is made to order so it’s been sitting out for a while and is not fresh. We tried the coffee, tacos, kolaches, and donuts… nothing was good.

Friendly staff but food was not fresh. The only thing we enjoyed were the donut holes.
