Pleasantly surprised. Came in today for my first time to get my daughter ice cream. Didn’t know I was hungry until I seen the sandwiches come out to a table. Had to order one before we got ice cream. I will definitely be back

I’ve been coming to the waffle cone for 23 years and it always delivers. The people are friendly and warm and their food is delicious and cheap. Not to mention the ice cream is tasty. Every Time we are in Rockport we stop by.

This place is great. Very clean, friendly staff, oh! Blue Bell ice cream. Yum! They also have a kitchen & make menu items. We’ve just been in a couple of times for the ice cream.

Excellent ice cream and kept at the perfect temperature, where it’s not too soft, not hard as a rock. Their waffle cones are made fresh in-​house and it smells wonderful when they’re making them. Right down from Panjo’s Pizza so it’s especially satisfying after a big pizza.
They do have a menu which isn’t that great on quality in my opinion, perhaps it’s just the handful of dishes that I’ve tried but they’re mediocre. My only complaint is the half-​hearted service; but that’s what you can expect from a teenager being paid minimum wage.
Aside from that you definitely need to stop in if you want the best ice cream and cone in town!

I didn’t want to buy half gallon sized tubs of Blue Bell ice cream at Wal Mart as I was just in the area visiting and wanted to try a variety of flavors (we don’t have Blue Bell in California yet). I was looking exclusivity for Blue Bell banana split ice cream at the Waffle Cone, but unfortunately they didn’t have it. It was all right because they had a ton of other flavors and I was able to get my fix for the evening with a few different flavors in my cup of ice cream goodness. The owners of Sportsman Manor Motel referred me here as the place to get scoops of Blue Bell ice cream in Rockport and they certainly pointed me in the right direction.

This new gem is in the Cinema 4 shopping center near Panjos Pizza. They have a wide variety of ice cream, frozen yogurt and even sandwiches and salads. We stopped in for frozen yogurt and wow! The Bluebell yogurt is scooped and frozen fruit of your choice is added. They put the mixture into a soft serve machine, and volia! Deliciousness in a cup. I had rasberry topped with hot fudge. /​faint Can’t wait to go back to try the menu!
