Copperstone Inn

My wife and I stayed there with our families during our wedding weekend. It was amazing. I have stayed in several B&B’s since then and nothing compared to this beautiful place. Each room is magnificently decorated and cozy. I can’t say enough about how caring and accomodating the staff is there. It is immaculate and they spare no detail. The food each morning was incredible and the grounds are so scenic. I am beyond grateful to have stayed here with my family. I’ll always remember my wedding in no small part because of the Copperstone

I just love this B&B! We are from Texas and came to IL for a wedding. The website does not do the in justice, this country inn is just lovely and the staff are just as wonderful. They knew we had to leave for a wedding and after a huge snow storm they cleaned off our car– that was fantastic! The food was amazing and I would love to come back and walk the farm and apple orchard. They have a hot tub room, spa, bar and theater room. The inn is well appointed and would say it ranks as nice as a five star hotel. Thanks we had a great stay :-)

Every need was met. Staff was friendly, courteous and made sure everything was just right.
The price may seem steep but it completely worth it. We recommend this place to everyone: locals and out of towners.

This is the most comfortable and well-​appointed B&B I have ever visited! The staff are very accommodating and the food is wonderful. The rooms are all unique and perfectly decorated. I could see planning a big family get-​together here and taking full advantage of the apple orchard hiking, theater room and hideaway bar along with their optional spa treatments (mani-​pedi, massages)!

I came to have a getaway from the family. I scheduled on Wed. and came on Friday. Of course, the weekend started with some car trouble! Some getaway! I have to say that they were very accommodating though. They close at 6, no one stays in the building but there is someone on call for any issues, and someone met me to let me in at 7:30 when I got there.
I have to say in some ways the place is pretty secure. There is a gate to drive in and you have to have the electronic key to open it as well as any of the doors into the Inn. They have a safe in the room that you can lock with your own code. The one thing that you will miss is any dead bolt or way to lock the doors once you are in the room, but I felt secure there.
All the staff is incredibly nice there and very helpful! They have incredible breakfasts and were very willing to accommodate my food allergies. (I am still drooling over the cinnamon rolls lol). They give you cookies when you come and a cheese/​fruit plate.
They have a «hideaway» room which is a bar with TV, plates, silverware, micro, popcorn, wine, beer, ice and an opener. Next to it is the theater area where they have movies of their own, quite a few new ones, as well as a BluRay to play your own. There is a separate hot tub building with a bathroom. All sorts of nice jets and all. Very relaxing. Outside of the hot tub area is an outdoor grill area. There is an apple orchard and a barn for parties.
I stayed in the apple cellar. The cellar area is not dingy at all, it is very cool with an arched brick hallway to the room. The bed is amazing, so comfy, I almost didn’t get out! There is a mini-​fridge, flat TV, nice shower. The room I was in had 4 windows and felt that there was a lot of light. Like I said very nicely done.
Anyway, I loved my stay here. Really don’t want to leave! The main criticism I have is that they don’t really have all their amenities on their site, I was pleasantly surprised by all of the extras. This is a place you can come and not leave the whole time you are here as there is carry out! lol. I know I will be coming back!

Excellent place and very classy rooms. We stayed in the farmers quarters and loved it. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Perfect place to take a break away from Chicago or for a romantic getaway.

This place is rated great on google. We would have given it a try this year when we went to Williams to cut down our Christmas tree but they do not allow pets. We’ve got a great Golden Retriever that loves Williams and the tree farm. Oh well. Maybe another time.
