I had absolutely no issues with this 7-eleven but buying candy there when one employee in particular is working is ridiculous. I was being fat and picked up two king size candy bars to get the posted 2/$ 3.33 deal, brought them to the register and the discount wasn’t applied. This employee(who smells like he hasn’t bathed in a week) says it isn’t applicable. I bring him to the candy aisle and it takes him a good minute and a half to read the little placard and the terms. He says it must not be for the candy I picked up in particular. Sorry, no, read that stupid sign again, sir… I never have any problems at other stores with this deal but he has done this to me before already and I let it slide that time. I don’t know if he is incompetent or if the franchise owner has told him not to honor the discounts that are in plain sight, but I’m not going back there again. Just be mindful of watching the prices you are paying in this store!

This is my favorite 7 Elevens in the area because of the people who work there. They are always friendly and helpful. There is a particular drink that I like to buy a 1 month supply of each time I go in. This 7 Eleven always has it in stock, an employee gets me a case from the back and carries it to my car for me. It’s things like good customer service, that make one chain store stand out from another.

I stopped by this particular 7 – 11 this evening and began a bizarre series of events that led to a couple of other Unilocal reviews on other local 7−11s…well, maybe not exactly quite bizarre per se, but it certainly grew into a tidy little comparative venture for the evening. I dropped by particular evening, being no great craver of massive sugary drinks in the past, to find a can(emphasis here) of soda. I had stumbled upon a Sprite limited release called Sprite Blast that I’ve only seen at this particular 7 – 11(with an associated compensation offer for feedback). Since I’ve been doing the Unilocal thing much more vociferously recently, owing to my finding more time for creative pursuits and to get out and try new things enabled by social media, plus the joy of fixing new spots with their own textures and associated peculiarities, I grew curious about how many other 7−11s were around. Sure enough I found just the other two neighborhood spots, and so I figured I’d review them, too(see associated reviews). Anyhow, this particular cornerstone of American commercial convenience peddling does not have a very clean or sizable lot, and it shares it’s building with a worn storefront. Inside, orange cones block off a central area and the shelves are cluttered, along with the usual heat-lamp cuisine and frozen monuments of cream and sugar. Otherwise unremarkable and expected. +1 star for having a soda that costs $ 0.99 and promises a $ 20.00 cash card for feedback. That is cool s*** right there.

I have been going to this 7 – 11 usually when near it and I never have a problem, they even went above and beyond for me recently with there being a problem with a item I purcahsed. This 7 – 11 is one of my favorites.
