Ok, well the place looks a little out of date, but we are really glad that we came here. Setting up the appointment for my toddler, by phone was really easy and the lady on the phone sounded really nice and welcoming. When we got there, we were a little confused as to where it was since there were no signs. But we went into the only building there and found that their suite is on the 3rd floor. Upon entering the clinic, the lady at the front desk seemed busy at the time. But as soon as she was finished, she greeted us and was very welcoming. Not more the 5 minutes after we finished filling out our form, my husband, daughter and I were called to go to our room. And soon after that, we met Dr. Vaghi. What a nice and charming doctor he was. Our daughter was busy playing with the toys they had in the room, so he was able to get her history and all that is needed without interruptions. He was very thorough and explained to us the options we had for testing and made sure that we were comfortable with our answers. Our toddler did cry during the testing, but more because she didn’t know what was going on and not because of the nurse or the doctor. They asked us if they could give her a lollipop and though we declined, it was nice that they asked us first before giving it to her. Dr. Vaghi then gave us a detailed overview of the findings and what he recommends. Not once did we ever feel rushed or feel like we were a burden by asking many questions. He answered all of them with ease and with assurance that made us feel secure. I would definitely recommend coming here. Don’t be swayed by the outdated look fo the clinic. Dr. Vaghi is definitely worth the visit!
