Friendly service. Not chik-fil-a nice but helpful. Ice cream is classic and good. This place has been here for a while. One of my favorite spots to go. Not very busy because it’s not cold stone or froyo.

Ice cream is great. Service: Not so much. Went in here on a Monday night for three scoops in a cup. It was completely empty, a chubby young blonde «girl» waddles from the back room to take my order. She filled the cup in the wrong order I told her, then simply plopped the cup down in front of me with a spoon jammed in the ice cream. I told her it was to go (she didn’t even ask), so she placed (did not afix) a clear plastic cover on the cup: No securing the lid, no placing in a bag. Lots of places have lots of great ice cream. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere.

This particular Baskin Robbins is seriously top notch! The staff are so sweet and friendly, and the selection is great. As someone who is lactose intolerant, I often have to miss out on delicious dairy-filled ice cream. However, their selection of sherbets help to ease the pain. Seriously, stop by this place when you’re in the mood for a yummy cold treat.

I love ice cream and at Baskin Robbins you have so many flavors to choose from. If it’s a scoop on a sugar come or milkshake or a full on banana split they have it all. And they make their own waffle cones so the minute you get enter you get that intoxicating smell while you choose your flavor. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside like a hug

When I’m craving a classic simple 2 scoops of mint chocolate chip I will go to no other place than Baskin Robbins! No other place or ice cream company makes mint chocolate chip like them. Childhood memories

No thank you to this location! The young Asian woman who took my order, served as my cashier, and filled my order did it all without washing her hands despot coughing on herself twice. This strip mall looks nice, but this store was dirty and is poorly managed.

Awesome ice cream cake artistry. We brought a design for a Pokemon birthday cake, and they matched it exactly. They were super-nice about working with us on what we wanted (flavors, colors, etc), and it came out exactly right. I would recommend their Ice Cream cake making to anyone.

Childhood memories served on a big platter. This place is still standing after I’ve seen so many businesses in this shopping center come in and out, even with the recent «health craze». I can’t resist getting their Daquiri Ice or Jamoaca (sp?) Almond Fudge; it will probably take me the rest of my life to try out all their flavors. Staff is quiet. Prices are standard. The place is in def need of some repairs and renovations but none of that beats kiddie memories.

So I ordered a custom conversation heart cake for Valentine’s Day. I ordered it a week in advance just so I could make sure they could take the order. I specified that I wanted the mini heart just like Baskin Robbins is advertising all over. When I went to pick it up it was a ¼ of a round cake with a trail of icing on top to make it look like a heart. I asked what happened because I ordered a heart and she said they ran out. How could you take an order you couldn’t fulfill? She said she was sorry but this is how they do the heart cakes now. No, I said. When I placed the order there were the mini hearts in the freezer and when I gave you the details I said that’s what I wanted. I also said I was picking it up Valentine’s Day. She apologized but clearly didn’t care. She offered me $ 2 off but that still doesn’t make up for screwing up my Valentine’s Day dessert.

It’s February. I forgot about «Love Potion #31» on Valentines Day, but it’s Washington’s Birthday, and though he didn’t chop down a raspberry bush, the truly tasty dark chocolate and raspberry flavors make this an annual diet-killer.

I order birthday cakes from here all the time. AND THEY’RE DELICIOUS.
Most recent acquisition: Fudge crunch cake with vanilla and snickers ice cream. The caramel mixed with the fudge crunchies creating a heavenly (HEAVENLY) crunchy/chewy brownie like consistency. Everyone licked their plates clean (I probably didn’t even have to wash them they were so clean!). They also decorated it adorably (and exactly to my preferences).
Their other flavors are also tasty: jamoca, birthday cake, choco peanut butter, reese’s peanut butter cup, and the list goes on and on.
Service is always friendly and their prices are reasonable.
