Caliber Collision

My car was hit by a drunk driver while on the side of the street. I was so upset, I had just bought my car a few months before. The insurance they had was geico. I was concerned but used the shop they recommended. From my initial set up appointment to dropping off the car the staff was so helpful. They made the process so effortless. When I dropped off the car the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I received a rental at the same location and was on my way. While they worked on my car I received text updates of the status of my car. When I picked up my car it was waiting out front for me all polished and complete. The manager john came out to make sure all repairs were completed. Car looked fantastic. I left and went back home, 3 days after I picked up my car the manager john called me to make sure everything was still good with my car. I can’t say enough about this company. I would refer all my friends and family here. They job from start to finish was wonderful!

I cannot stress enough the virtue and professionalism of the team at Caliber Collision. I had a minor accident occur, and was assigned through my insurance to Caliber for repair. I arrived at the body repair shop to be pleasantly greeted. After a brief review of the damage caused, the manager stated that damage was minimal, and would in no way equate to the deductible I would be asked to pay. Even further, he took care of the damage that was present without COST to me! I must say, have not had such an amazing experience in dealing with anything regarding vehicles owned in the past. They have definitely earned all future business from me and will be my first recommendation to others… thank you guys!
