I have been going to the Gaithersburg location for a couple months now, and I am very impressed with everyone there! The staff is very friendly and accommodating-willing to work with your schedule and they are open after business hours and Saturdays as well. I have had the pleasure of working with both of the main physical therapists there, and am extremely grateful for their help and guidance. Janet has been a lifesaver with her spinal manipulations, the only real relief I’ve had in months! She is very kind and truly seems to care about the patients’ best interests. She has been very helpful with advice, and suggesting things I can do at home to alleviate some pain. I’ve found that it’s hard to find many doctors that will spend much time with me, or will explain things to my satisfaction, but she has been very helpful with me throughout this process. Israel is the other physical therapist there, and is also very talented and knowledgeable in this field. He has given me great recommendations on products to buy to help with my lower back issues, and referred me to a wonderful Chiropractor who helped me tremendously, just in my first visit today! He is always willing to answer questions and go the extra step to help a patient. Both of the massage therapists, Maria and Art, have been great as well. They each have different styles, but I always feel great after they have each worked on me. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a physical therapy office. I went to another one a couple years ago for an unrelated issue, and this one is much better :) !

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I completed at least 6 sessions of dry needling for my shoulder and did not feel relief with pain. All that I was left with was post dry needling soreness and a huge bill by Janet. I guess the therapists here do not know what they are doing? I went to another PT in virginia and was hesitant to try dry needling again. But this therapist completed a thorough examination and treated my neck instead of my shoulder and I never needed any more needles after that. my pain was like a 2. I see her once in 2 months for maintenance now. I think I wasted my time, money and energy with Eaman PT. Moreover Janet is unwelcoming and rude. I was surprised to know they have 3 locations.

CORRECTION: A FULL year after I had three sessions there, I have just received an invoice for an additional $ 100. Seriously? After a polite back-and-forth dispute, they are claiming that«No — it wasn’t a break on pricing, it was an estimate only.» It was absolutely presented to me as a cost break after I told them I wouldn’t be able to afford to return for more sessions.(see initial Unilocal review). These kinds of «convenient memory losses» on the part of the business make you really want to start walking through life video recording every damn transaction you have. And they are now hitting me up a year later for more $$ What kind of janky crap is that? Who invoices a year later? AVOIDAVOIDAVOID. Their billing practices, like their office environment, are a hot mess.
