This practice calls themselves a family practice-wrong! The doctor is slow on paperwork-mind you that she collects from you and your insurance company and has the audacity to say it’s inconveniencing her when she doesn’t or the practice advises otherwise. She gives you a physical, fill out the damn paperwork, PERIOD! Her so called sister is the practice’s so called manager. In two separate instances, she made rude comments about other patients not present and is rude to patients, too. Dr. Cho uses the term«family» too sparsely. Please go to a proper MD and not an DO. We are filing a complaint with the BBB and MD’s licensing board, also.

I want to give this place a one star review. but the reason I’m not is because the doctor and staff is extremely friendly. However, because of an injury I needed certain documents to be sent to my insurance company. I needed the doctor to fill out maybe 2 or 3 forms that should have taken no longer than 15 minutes for my claim to have gone through. I’ve been out of work for 3 weeks because of my injury, waiting to get paid but my claim has been suspended because this practice has not sent over the required documents. I understand the doctor is busy, but when I was there for my appointment I reminded them to have those documents faxed over. I got a call from my insurance company about 2 – 3 hours later saying they haven’t received anything. So I called again, and they said they haven’t received any fax. This confused me because when I went there for my appointment, they said they did receive a fax. So in 2 – 3 hours, did they have new receptionists, or lose the fax? Whatever, I let it slide. I called the insurance company, asked them to email me a copy of the paperwork they needed and called Genesis again. I asked if I could either email or fax them the papers they needed. They said fax is preferred so I sent it to them. A day or two later I got another call from my insurance company saying they haven’t received anything. Called the doctors office and the receptionists said that the doctor must have forgot. Long story short. I had gone through this roughly 4 – 5 times and have been waiting for 3 weeks to get my short term disability claim processed. I was expecting to get paid for those 3 weeks that I’ve been out of work but because the doctor«forgot» for 3 weeks I’ve been out of work and pay. Like the other reviews, I agree that Dr. Cho is patient. I didn’t feel like she was rushing me at all. I waited maybe about 15 mins in the waiting room. and about 5 – 10 in the exam room. So the wait time was not long compared to the other doctors I’ve seen. However, I do not feel like she was too knowledgeable with my injury. Of course she’s a doctor, and has had years of experience but I feel like she didn’t really know what to tell me regarding my injury.

Dr. Cho is the pediatrician for my baby son and we feel so good about using her. We hardly ever have to wait long for our appointments and everyone on staff is so pleasant with us. I initially met her when I was getting a blood test to see if I were pregnant and I didn’t even feel the needle she used to take the sample. Just this week we went in for vaccines and they put a space heater in the exam room just for us so the baby would be warm. She also taught me how to take his pulse in case we ever have to do CPR on him. I normally don’t like doctors but I like everything about this practice.

Dr. Cho is a very knowledgable doctor who really cares about her patients. She’s a great listener and makes time to answer all your questions as best as she can. She’ll whip out her laptop and even print out additional information for you. Need an annual exam or pap smear done? Dr. Cho is as gentle as can be. Need advice on your overall health or having skin problems? She’ll give you answers. Food allergies? She’ll ask the right questions to help you figure out what panels need to be tested and will draw your blood easily/quickly. If she’s so great, why the four stars? Since she does take her time to answer everyone’s questions, it usually takes awhile for you to be seen. I usually wait about 30 minutes until I’m called to a room(I’ve waited an hour once… ugh!) I still highly recommend her though! Staff is also nice and courteous.
