I left feeling worse than when I got there. For $ 45 dollars I expect a masseuse to have significantly higher skills than were present at iheart spa. There are numerous locations in the area which offer the space pricing and provide a great massage. The masseuse spent the majority of my massage talking with someone in the back in their native language. At multiple times she stopped the massage specifically to finish her statement. When not talking, the masseuse was singing along to the music. Rather than a relaxing massage my skin was pinched, the muscles were not even touched. This spa is brand now and has a significant amount of work to be done. It is unlikely I’d ever bring my money here again. My disappointment could not be higher.
The one redeeming quality this business has is its décor. All of their equipment and decorations create a relaxing environment.
